That looks to be a great debut for Shakira. It's almost as much as She Wolf debuted with and that was released in Q4 and the lead single was a bigger hit than CRTFY. So, all things considered, those first week sales are wonderful for her. It's nice that she'll debut at #2, making it her highest charting album here... would've just been all that much better if it'd managed to debut at #1, but this is still a great accomplishment!

That's not a bad opening for Shakira, especially considering that her last song to make any kind of noticeable wave in America was about 5 years ago, and 8 years since her last huge hit. The only thing she has pushing this is her name and a video that didn't get people to buy the song.

Manilow's album is another one of covers. Been kinda a quiet release, though.

1.8 million total for Frozen this week. 2 million in three weeks at the latest, and it will see a nice Easter boost next month.

'Frozen' Set For Longest No. 1 Run Since Adele's '21' NEWS By Keith Caulfield, Los Angeles | March 28, 2014 5:45 PM EDT
'Frozen' Set For Longest No. 1 Run Since Adele's '21'
Disney's "Frozen" soundtrack is heading for an eighth week at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart, according to industry forecasters. It could sell around 150,000 copies in the week ending March 30.
If the hot-selling album remains atop the list -- which will be revealed on Wednesday, April 2 -- it will become the longest-running No. 1 album since 2012, when Adele's "21" spent its 24th (and final) week at No. 1, on the chart dated June 23.
In the most recent tracking week -- ending March 23 -- "Frozen" sold 202,000 copies, its best week ever, according to Nielsen SoundScan. The big sales frame secured its seventh week at No. 1 on the Billboard 200.
With seven weeks atop the chart, "Frozen" is tied with Taylor Swift's "Red" for the longest run atop the list since "21." Swift's album logged seven nonconsecutive frames atop the list between the charts dated Nov. 10, 2012 and Jan. 12, 2013.
Aiming for a No. 2 entry next week is Shakira's self-titled album, with around 80,000. While Johnny Cash's new from-the-vaults album "Out Among the Stars" could debut at No. 3 with between 45,000 and 50,000.
For Shakira, if her latest album starts at No. 2, it will mark her highest charting set, surpassing the No. 3 peak of 2001's "Laundry Service." As for Cash, "Out Among the Stars" will secure the country legend -- who died in 2003 -- his sixth top 10 album.
Rock band Memphis May Fire is also eyeing the top five, as its new "Unconditional" could sell around 30,000. It will mark the highest charting album and best sales week yet for the Rise Records act, which went as high as No. 16 in 2012 with "Challenger."
Other possible top 10 entries next week look to be Kari Jobe's "Majestic" (20,000-ish), Erica Campbell's "Help" (20,000) and Barry Manilow's "Night Songs" (20,000).
On SoundScan's Building chart (below), "Frozen" is No. 1, followed Shakira, Cash and Memphis May Fire, respectively, at Nos. 2-4. The Building tally is a precursor to the final Billboard 200 ranking -- reflecting the first four days (Monday through Thursday) of SoundScan's tracking week as reported by six major merchants.
As for the rest of the top 10, YG's "My Krazy Life" is No. 5, Campbell is No. 6, and the "Glee" cast's "Celebrating 100 Episodes" album is No. 7. The "Glee" set is not expected to finish in the top 10 for the week.
Pharrell Williams' "G I R L" is No. 8 on the Building Chart, followed by Jobe at No. 9 and Lorde's "Pure Heroine" at No. 10.
NIELSEN SOUNDSCAN BUILDING CHART Rank LW BB 200 Artist Title 1 1 Soundtrack "Frozen" 2 NEW Shakira "Shakira" 3 NEW Johnny Cash "Out Among the Stars" 4 NEW Memphis May Fire "Unconditional" 5 2 YG "My Krazy Life" 6 NEW Erica Campbell "Help" 7 NEW Soundtrack "Glee: The Music - Celebrating 100 Episodes" 8 8 Pharrell Williams "G I R L" 9 NEW Kari Jobe "Majestic" 10 9 Lorde "Pure Heroine"
The Building Chart reflects the first four days (Monday through Thursday) of SoundScan's tracking week (which ends Sunday) as reported by six major merchants: iTunes, Trans World Entertainment, Best Buy, Starbucks, Target and Anderson Merchandisers. Billboard estimates that they make up about 85% of all U.S. album sales.

Wow, I expected way higher for Sage the Gemini. Seems no one wanted to hear anything that isn't "Gas Pedal".

Numbers look good for Shakira but I'll wait for Billboard's number. Some of Billboards numbers were lower than hits last week.

Pharrell with that Top 10 longevity! Performing on SNL this weekend should help give it a nice boost to both the album and Happy.
