COMMENTARY:
• Guest-host reminder: Lady Gaga will be hosting the show, next week.
• It stands to reason that “Not A Bad Thing” should debut. I feel confident predicting the droppers, now.
• And, we take a 20 minute recess while iHeart repeats the first segment of hour 2 (this is normal for the Wednesday night broadcast). I really wish they’d stop doing that.
• Zendaya just doesn’t want to move. After slipping to #22 last week, it’s back up to #21 for a fourth, non-consecutive, week.
• “All Of Me” is the week’s biggest mover.
• For the third week in a row, the Two For One uses the featured artist.
• Nuts...”Team” is still at #2. Will it make it next week? I’m a little more worried...

iHeartRadio only started playing this weekend's show about an hour or so ago (not sure when. Albeit they went from this weekend's segment leading into the Top Two to airing last weekend's Top 2 segment so we still have no idea if Lorde tops Katy Perry).

No. This is normal for every other broadcast (This or they cut the rest of Hour #1). Consider prior to this we wouldn't get the show until late Thursday night and then they cut off near the end of the show. At least we'll get to hear the whole countdown ... eventually.

Yeah, since last week was 3 weeks behind Mediabase, and this week appears to be somewhere around 2.5 weeks back, I'd say she's still in the running for next week.

Re: Zendaya - She's certainly got "replay" down to an art. :) She already spent the entirely of February at #24.

The oldest song on the countdown right now is "Wake Me Up" by Avicii, which is at 31 weeks. "Royals" is at 30 weeks.

I'm nervous for Lorde now for not reaching #1 yet. I really hope next week she can snatch it from Katy. Katy only got 5 weeks at #1 on the official Mediabase chart.

When introducing #1, Ryan pointed out that Katy was tied with Rihanna for the most #1s this century; she has the most #1s this decade; and for solo women of all-time, only Madonna and Mariah have more.

Tangentally related to AT40, but I'm not sure where else to post this.

This Tuesday is April Fools Day, and to mark the occasion, the host and supporting casts of The Price is Right and The Late Late Show With Craig Ferguson are switching places for the day. For those who don't know, former AT40 host Shadoe Stevens is the announcer on Ferguson's show. An ad promoting the switch briefly features Shadoe in the Price is Right announcer's chair in an outfit somewhat reminiscent of the Rod Roddy days. Certainly something to watch for come Tuesday if you get the chance. :)

Well-lit show: Red Lights, Headlights, Neon Lights, and some flashing lights in Drunk In Love. Headlights seems at best
a quasi-apology to Eminem's mom. He still puts lots of dirty laundry in there. They sure bunched up the extras around #31.
How hard is it to spread them out more? Ryan said that Paramore is up a couple of "notches". He doesn't use that word much.
He also said that Animals moved "down" 3 more spots.
And now robot lady is saying "A-A-T-T-40-40" which I think started in the past couple of weeks. Looking forward to Lady Gaga
hosting next week.

Let's hope she has more energy hosting the show unlike Britney Spears hosting it that one time months ago.

Casey Kasem sometimes made similar goofs. But since this is presumably voicetracked and prepared well in advance, I don't see why Ryan couldn't go back and correct these mistakes, unless he was standing on his head or something.
