Lead single from 2003's Body Language, it hit #1 in the UK & Australia. Was pushed to US radio in early 2004, but only peaked at #33 on CHR and #91 on the Hot 100.
I remember being really surprised the first time I heard this after the Light Years and Fever singles, but I loved it. I think it's easily her best single from the Parlophone era and probably her second best after Confide In Me. The production and vibe is just outstanding, and it comes across as effortlessly sexy. One of my favorite singles from anyone that year.
The Chemical Brothers also did a notable remix of this.

I'll leave this here: Slow down and dance with me Yeah, slow Skip a beat and move with my body Yeah, slowOne of my all-time favorite Kylie tracks. That 8-bit production is perfection.

I love it. There's a subtlety, an "effortlessly sexy vibe," as you say, to it that makes it so cool and addictive to listen to.
I remember how much more I preferred this to "Can't Get You Out Of My Head" (and I still do) when it premiered, that it made me think Body Language was going to be better than Fever. It wasn't though, IMO. I only really loved "Slow," "Chocolate," "After Dark" and "Promises" on that album.

It still doesn't sound like anything on pop radio, then or now, or anything else she's done, for that matter. A true original. And not a bit dated.
I'm quite certain this will be timeless - and one of her most enduring critical hits.

I've always thought this song was pure genius. Her best single as far as I'm concerned and a career highlight. Should've gotten the success and notoriety that "CGYOOMH" got, but I think it was a bit too left field at the time. Love the video, the album, everything associated with this era.

I didn't like this when it was out but I don't mind it now.

I've always hated this. I liked the album as a whole though.

Terrible single choice that kind of set the mood for BL to flop.

My favorite Kylie single from the 00s. Flawless song. I loved her look throughout the promo for the song as well.

Love this song and the whole album. Probably one of her most underrated track. "Body Language" has always been my #1 fave Kylie album. "Fever" is my second favorite.

This is such a great song. The Chemical Brothers remix is insanely good It is my favorite version too. It's an excellent example of a remix elevating a great song to an even higher level.

I definitely agree... it doesn’t happen very often with me I usually prefer the originals. There’s just something about the second half of the remix... it puts me in such a mood.

Still perfection. I've switched over to the extended mix over the years because I need MORE.

One of her best 2000s songs. I must had heard this online somewhere back there since there was no longer a dance-friendly FM radio station in the Chicagoland area back then after the demise of Energy 92.7/92.5 in January 2003. B96 was all hip hop and R&B then and I don't think 103.5 Kiss FM played it either.

The way this has become one of her most malleable tracks, every version she performs is fire. The Infinite Disco take that mashes it up with "Love To Love You Baby" is probably my fav.

This is pretty good. I first heard it when she performed it on the MTV Europe awards. I think she was laying down the whole performance, but the audience was living for it.

The production was just flat out too bizarre and way ahead of its time for the US, compared to what radio was playing at the time. This song will always be a uniquely strange guilty pleasure only Kylie could do. Also, it makes me want to play Super Mario Bros.
