TOP 1. The Heart Won't Lie 2. Consider Me Gone 3. Does He Love You 4. Somebody's Chelsea 5. I'd Rather Ride Around with You 6. The Heart Is a Lonely Hunter 7. Wrong Night 8. For My Broken Heart 9. Fallin' Out of Love 10. My Sister (most people didn't like this one, but it reminds me so much of the conversations my mom and aunt used to have over the phone) 11. If You See Him/If You See Her 12. Every Other Weekend 13. The Night the Lights Went Out in Georgia 14. Fancy 15. How Was I to Know 16. Is There Life Out There 17. Somebody 18. When Love Gets a Hold of You 19. Why Haven't I Heard from You 20. Love Will Find Its Way to You 21. She Thinks His Name Was John 22. Take It Back 23. Whoever's in New England 24. What Do You Say 25. One Promise Too Late 26. Turn On the Radio 27. Love Needs a Holiday 28. Rumor Has It 29. The Greatest Man I Never Knew 30. And Still
BOTTOM 1. I'm a Survivor (no two ways about it, this is just hyperbolic glurge) 2. If I Were a Boy (because the only thing worse than a 30something calling men "boys" is a FIFTY-SOMETHING calling men "boys") 3. Forever Love (I've listened to this 10 times and I still can't remember a single word from it) 4. Ring on Her Finger, Time on Her Hands (funny thing, I don't remember ANY of the singles from the Starting Over album) 5. What If It's You (see #3) 6. You're Gonna Be (Always Loved by Me) 7. I'll Be 8. Starting Over Again 9. Cowgirls Don't Cry (that key change on her version is jarring, and the instrumentation sounds artificially pitched up — painful to listen to for that reason alone) 10. Cathy's Clown
A lot of her pre-"You Lie" songs aren't bad per se, but have aged pretty badly. Also, her version of "Because of You" is a great song with TERRIBLE production.

Never been the biggest Reba fan but she's had so many singles that there are quite a few I enjoyed.
Top: 1. What Do You Say (I love the verses in this song. Plus it was out when I was a little kid and it always stuck with me. The video is fantastic as well) 2. The Night The Lights Went Out In Georgia 3. The Heart Is A Lonely Hunter (very underrated) 4. The Greatest Man I Never Knew 5. My Sister (2005 nostalgia at it's finest) 6. Consider Me Gone 7. Whoever's In New England 8. Have I Got A Deal For You 9. Little Rock 10. I'd Rather Ride Around You 11. Somebody's Chelsea 12. Wrong Night 13. Fancy (overplayed but a pretty classic song) 14. You Lie 15. Is There Life Out There 16. For My Broken Heart 17. When Love Gets A Hold Of You 18. You're Gonna Be (Always Loved By Me) (one of the few I enjoy that others seem to not) 19. Every Other Weekend 20. Love Will Find It's Way To You
Bottom: 1. Why Haven't I Heard From You (background singers make this unlistenable) 2. Because Of You (WYRK played the living hell out of this) 3. Strange 4. If I Were A Boy 5. Take It Back 6. If You See Him/If You See Her 7. I Keep On Loving You 8. Walk On 9. I'll Be 10. I'm A Survivor

1. Falling Out Of Love (I randomly heard this song when I was getting over a break up and it gave me so much strength. I love so many Reba songs, but none will ever be more special than this one). 2. Is There Life Out There (amazing song and video). 3. Whoever's In New England 4. You Lie 5. It's Your Call 6. I'd Rather Ride Around With You 7. For My Broken Heart 8. The Heart Won't Lie 9. What Do You Say 10. What Am I Gonna Do About You 11. Take It Back 12. Does He Love You 13. Cathy's Clown 14. I'll Be 15. When You Love Someone Like That (w/ LeAnn Rimes). I know this wasn't a single but this song was SO good.
Bottom 5:
1. I'm Gonna Climb That Mountain 2. My Sister 3. Somebody's Chelsea 4. If I Were a Boy 5. Somebody

How Was I To Know 16. The Heart Is A Lonely Hunter 17. Little Rock 18. Fancy 19. You Lie 20. Rumor Has It 21. Take It Back 22. Why Haven't I Heard From You 23. When Love Gets A Hold Of You 24. Ok, I'll stop...

I Won't Stand In Line (Read My Mind) 6. Read My Mind (Read My Mind) 7. I'll Have What She's Having (Keep On Loving You) 8. One Last Good Hand (It's Your Call) 9. Sleeping With The Telephone (Reba Duets) 10. Everything That You Want (Read My Mind)

Bottom Singles:
(I could just list a bunch of random Mercury singles here, but I'll try to keep it to her MCA years and beyond)
1. If I Were A Boy 2. Little Girl 3. He Broke Your Memory Last Night 4. Til Love Comes Again 5. They Asked About You

^I was going to add my own best of list, but I think someguy pretty much covered my own haha. I'd also put her Read My Mind album up at the top of her best of list; from beginning to end it is one of the most cohesive albums of the 90's. From "Everything That You Want" to "Till You Love Me" every song is good. I've seen Reba countless times (first in 1994, then again a couple of times with Brooks & Dunn and again a couple of times with George) and she never disappoints. I have to say I miss her overall presence in country music, but that may be because she opted to venture out into Hollywood and try her hand at doing something different. She is without a doubt a versatile performer.

There are a lot of people whose opinions I respect that are absolutely crazy about Reba, but while I like her music, I've never been able to say I love it. For some reason, I tend to greatly prefer her uptempo stuff to her ballads.
FAVORITES -Is There Life Out There (random anecdote: I watched the video for the first in many years recently and thought to myself, "wow, her husband really reminds me of Huey Lewis." Turns out he really is played by Huey Lewis!) -Consider Me Gone (ridiculous catchy and the production is restrained... exactly how a pop-country single should sound like) -The Fear of Being Alone -What Do You Say -The Night The Lights Went Out in Georgia (this and "Fancy" are epic, but suffer from being overplayed) -Fancy -Only in My Mind -Bobby -Whoever's in New England -I'd Rather Ride Around With You -Climb That Mountain High -Why Haven't I Heard From You
BOTTOM I've never been able to get into some of her songs, specifically the ballads with adult contemporary-leaning production, but there's nothing I can recall actively disliking. I've never heard "Turn on the Radio" or "If I Were a Boy" though.

I stopped regularly listening to country radio around 2009, so the only popular singles that I hear are the ones I want to hear and seek out on my own. Those two songs were eviscerated by critics so I never went out of my way to hear them.

"If I Were A Boy" is quite disappointing, though "Turn On The Radio" is quit good imo (bridging Reba with current trends successfuly).
