Sinitta has revealed that she is to release a cover of her mum’s classic disco hit.
Sinitta’s mum, disco singer Miquel Brown, released Hi-NRG hit So Many Men, So Little Time in 1983 and saw it become adopted as a gay anthem on dancefloors worldwide
“I’m doing a cover of her song,” Sinitta told Attitude at our 20th birthday party at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel on Saturday night (March 29). “I’ve already recorded it and I have to say it’s fabulous.”
Asked when she is hoping to debut the track, which she described as a “dance banger”, Sinitta replied: “Hopefully you’ll be hearing it this for summer – I’d like it out in time for summer.”
Miquel Brown accompanied Sinitta to Attitude‘s 20th birthday party and joked that she and her daughter are starting to feel competitive about the song, saying: “We’re rivals about it!”
Meanwhile, Sinitta went on to reveal that she is working on a new album – her first since 1995′s Naughty Naughty – and hoping to return to the stage with a series of live performances at clubs.
“I’ve been wanting to record and perform again for a while – ever since the PWL show at The O2 [in December 2012],” she explained. “It’s all really exciting. Watch this space!”

So Many Men So Little Time (The Club Mixes)
1. Chaser Bicep Club Mix
2. Matt Pop Extended Mix
3. Andy Haldane Club Mix
4. Chaser Bicep Club Mix (No Rap)
5. Chaser Bicep Dub
So Many Men So Little Time (The Radio Mixes)
1. Matt Pop Radio Edit
2. Andy Haldane Radio Edit
3. Paul's Select London Life Mix
4. You Sing Karaoke Mix
5. Acapella
The Matt Pop version has certain elements from the original song. The others are drastically different. The softer, mainstream sound of the others is just not quite right as they lack the sleazy, cheesy element that made the original so great.
