^ Rodney Crowell has had some good songs in the past. This song isn't bad, but his voice is sounding a little weak on it for my liking. The chorus is definitely the best part of the song. Next: 23 Degrees And South - Billy Currington www.youtube.com/watch?v=snHeW0PE1AU

Good choice, one of the best from that album, i wish it had been a single but oh well. I like the laid back vibe to it Next: m.youtube.com/watch?v=ctDVZditHzYSteve Earle- "Goodbye"

Fantastic song. Beautiful lyric, moving vocal performance, and organic/tasteful production. Steve is the man. Emmylou Harris' cover on Wrecking Ball is also dynamite. Next: Clint Black - No Time to Kill

^ Dale Watson's vocals have never been among my favorites of country artists, but the trade off of the steel and electric guitar in that song is awesome. Nothing groundbreaking, but a pretty welcome listen. Next: The Mavericks - What A Crying Shame

Well sabre your link dont work on mobile so i searched out the live version and all i have to say is.....damn that was good and catchy. Lead singers voice is fantastic, i have to look more into these guys, is it bad that i first heard about them through the motley crue album? Next: The Secret Sisters- "The Pocket Knife" m.youtube.com/?#/watch?v=AatR3U9TU9g

^That link didn't work for me, but I found another way to listen to it. I enjoyed the song; provactive lyrics, great harmonies and production. I went and listened to the entire album, and all I can say is great stuff. "Iuka" is one of my favorite songs of 2014 so far. Thanks for making me aware of a really solid duo. BTW, The Mavericks are all kinds of awesome. They're really worth checking out. Next: Willie Nelson w/ Jamey Johnson - The Git Go

^ Such an awesome song. Willie and Jamey together on a song is amazing. They go quite well together as well. Next - Willie Nelson - Just Breathe

^Pearl Jam is not a band I would expect Willie Nelson to cover, but the song is quite good. Lovely vocals by Willie (and his son too), tasteful production, great melody. Next: Vince Gill - Whenever You Come Around

^ Probably the most underrated Canadian country artist. Energetic sound and solid vocals. Good mix and production. Too bad, it sounds an awful lot like John Mellencamp. Like it. (I'm currently a complete sucker for this one): Next: Kenny Davin Fine: "Friendship"

^ Pretty unfamiliar with Kathy Mattea but really enjoyed this song. She's got a beautiful voice. I think the only album I've listened to by her is "Walking Away a Winner." Definitely need to acquire her other albums though. Next - Mark Wills - Wish You Were Here

^ Good song by an artist who should have had hit on country radio. Catchy and country. "Soldier For The Lonely" was great as well. Next: Heartland - Built To Last

I liked it. Nice voice, quite melodic. I could hear a touch of country influences, but it didn't scream country to me. Here's one: She's Like Texas - Josh Abbot Band www.youtube.com/watch?v=yapf2QvFHfw

^ Great remake. It was so odd for a debut single but Eric did the song justice and the production was spot on. Next: Tim McGraw - Old Town New

Very solid song from Tim from a very solid album. I think the song gets stronger as it goes along. I really enjoyed that this album was 16 songs deep, many of which sounded very radio-friendly. Darryl Worley - Things I'll Never Do Again (from the fantastic Here and Now album) www.youtube.com/watch?v=_7AxmSPHzsU

^ One of my favorite Terri songs. Great chorus and melody. Terri's vocals were a good fit for the song's tempo and the production was great. Next: Gloriana - Sunset Lovin'

^ Sounds like catchy summertime fun lol Seriously though, this is extremely easy going with some nice harmonies. Couldn't see anyone not liking this song, it's just so easy to like. Next: Two Daughters And A Beautiful Wife - Drive-By Truckers These guys aren't country, but often I find them straddling the border of country and southern rock, and they also happen to be my favorite band. Really curious to get some feedback on what others think of them. www.youtube.com/watch?v=rs6rgjWZXyQ

I am giving this thread a bump ^ Pleasant retro sounding track. Enjoyed the instruments. Maybe too generic rockabilly to really stand out from its peers. More of a live track than this be played on the radio. Next: Ryan Shupe & The Rubber Band - Dream BIG
