For real? :o but seriously, it seems Billboard changes the methodology every time they come up with these all-time charts, the 55th anniversary thing was done 2 years ago and "TiK ToK" was top 10 of the 2010s so far, above Moves Like Jagger, We Are Young, Just The Way You Are, One More Night... and now it was pushed out of the top 20...

RadioBeatz The first weeks of "Tik Tok" were from 00s. Billboard didn't change their formula.

2010s Top Song (All-Time position as of Aug.2013)All-Time rank as of now
1. "Party Rock Anthem" (5) 2. "We Found Love" (24) 3. "Somebody That I Used To Know" (29) 4. "Rolling In The Deep" - Adele (31) 5. "Blurred Lines" - Robin Thicke Featuring T.I. and Pharrell ...going to be between (32-46) 6. "Call Me Maybe" - Carly Rae Jepsen (46) Would be 47 due to BL
The next 3 would be between (48-71) 7. "Happy" - Pharrell Williams 8. "Royals" - Lorde 9. "Dark Horse" - Katy Perry Featuring Juicy J 10. "Moves Like Jagger" - Maroon 5 Featuring Christina Aguilera (68) Going to be 72 11. "Just The Way You Are" - Bruno Mars (74) Going to be 78
Not sure how things would go with these songs
12. "Thrift Shop" - Macklemore & Ryan Lewis Featuring Wanz Going to be 79-101. I hope it's not 101. This should be higher if it became an 11-week number one. Oh well.
13. "One More Night" - Maroon 5 (97) going to be 102 :( 14. "All Of Me" - John Legend 103 or 104 It's currently at #39 so I think this wouldn't make the top 100. 15. "We Are Young" - Fun. Featuring Janelle Monae (99) Going to be 105
These 5 won't make 16. "Counting Stars" - OneRepublic 17. "Radioactive" - Imagine Dragons 18. "Sexy And I Know It" - LMFAO 19. "Someone Like You" - Adele 20. "E.T." - Katy Perry Featuring Kanye West

Unless the formula's been tweaked, this should be the top for the 1980s. Funny to see many songs that have not endured in terms of recurrent airplay. "Billie Jean" re-entered for a week not long ago- will that push it up the chart? 1. PHYSICAL, Olivia Newton-John 2. BETTE DAVIS EYES, Kim Carnes 3. ENDLESS LOVE, Diana Ross & Lionel Richie 4. EYE OF THE TIGER, Survivor 5. EVERY BREATH YOU TAKE, The Police 6. FLASHDANCE . . . WHAT A FEELING, Irene Cara 7. SAY SAY SAY, Paul McCartney & Michael Jackson 8. CALL ME, Blondie 9. LADY, Kenny Rogers 10. CENTERFOLD, The J. Geils Band 11. (JUST LIKE) STARTING OVER, John Lennon 12. I LOVE ROCK N'ROLL, Joan Jett & the Blackhearts 13. EBONY AND IVORY, Paul McCartney and Stevie Wonder 14. THAT'S WHAT FRIENDS ARE FOR, Dionne & Friends 15. ABRACADABRA, The Steve Miller Band 16. BILLIE JEAN, Michael Jackson 17. SAY YOU, SAY ME, Lionel Richie 18. ALL NIGHT LONG (ALL NIGHT), Lionel Richie 19. WAITING FOR A GIRL LIKE YOU, Foreigner 20. HURTS SO GOOD, John Cougar Sorry for the late response. Just now getting to looking at these lists. This is not the right 80s list based on the 55th or 50th all time lists previously published. There is in actuality, no formula change or position adjustments between the current 80s list and the ones from before

Another observation
Smooth - Santana #2 on the all time list, is not on a decade list, since it had significant chart runs crossing 2 decades
As noted before, rankings of I Will Always Love You, I Gotta Feeling and Tik Tok also affected, as well as BJ Thomas in the 70s

The above post is sorted by ranking on the 55th anniversary list The 1st number is the ranking on the 50th anniversary list The 2nd number is the 55th ranking NA means no ranking NEW as the first number and some number as the second means it is a new listing to the 55th anniversary list NA1, NA2 etc, means it was on the 50th list and fell off the 55th NEW NEW are new entries to these lists, all but All Of Me, would make the 60th anniversary top 100 The number after the song title is where it ranks on its respective decade

I really don't get how WFL is #2. I can understand top ten maybe even top five but it was barely in the Hot 100 for 40 weeks whereas STIUTK and RITD were on for well over a year each. WFL definitely didn't feel like the second biggest song of the decade to me. And while I love PRA it doesn't feel like the biggest one lol I was expecting STIUTK or RITD or possibly BL to be #1. And I was hoping for top ten for CS and Radioactive :(

Even if it is based on an inverse points system, I swear Blurred Lines and Somebody That I Used to Know (and maybe even Rolling in the Deep) should be way past We Found Love. I mean, We Found Love spent 14 weeks in the top 2, 19 weeks in the top 6, and around 23 weeks in the top10, 29 weeks in the top 20, 33 weeks in the top 30 and 41 weeks in the top 50 but Somebody That I Used to Know spent like 23 weeks in the top 6 and 24 weeks in the top 10, 32 weeks in the top 20, 41 weeks in the top 30 and 57 weeks in the top 50. It's weird that a song that has only sold about 5 million downloads is #2 on the chart, when a song that's sold 8 million downloads is #4... If I had to guess a proper top 3, it would be 1-3 Somebody That I Used to Know, Blurred Lines, Rolling in the Deep and 4-5: Call Me Maybe & Happy. We Found Love probably deserves top 10, but top 2 is pretty weird.

BL and STIUTK felt bigger tbh (especially since BL holds the airplay audience record).

Keep in mind that the pre-Streaming era (before Mar. 2012) is weighted more than the Streaming era. That is what separates WFL from STIUTK and BL. Streaming made longer chart runs possible so I understand why Billboard did it this way.
