LOL! Only if you really want it to. I mean, yeah I can kind of see where one might get the idea, but I can also see where one might not get that idea. :) Could you be more specific, please? Actually no. :)

This is quickly becoming my favorite off the album behind Afire Love. The Alex Adair Remix though may just pass it up as my favorite! https%3A//soundcloud.com/edsheeran/thinking-out-loud-alex-adair-remix Went from love anthem to club anthem! So mad it's not available on the US Spotify.

So this officially goes Top 10 this week and will either be the greatest gainer or second greatest gainer (depending on how its Saturday airplay compares to Uptown Funk).
Pure smash.
(By the way - we're once again seeing Hits Daily Double's weird aversion to Atlantic Records. This isn't mentioned in the radio column despite going top ten AND being the greatest gainer; it instead lists Hozier's "Take Me to Church," which earned half as much new airplay this week, as a top gainer. Atlantic's "Boom Clap" was also routinely ignored. Still trying to figure out the deal there)

I am actually surprised this is doing so amazingly well but no complaints. It's one of the best songs to be released in the past year and definitely the best song on the album, outside of One.

Oh wow. Didn't even realize this broke Top 40 lmao. I'm a little late. This is my least favorite of the 3 tbh. I seem to be well in the minority on that one.

This is my least favorite of the 3 tbh. I seem to be well in the minority on that one. I like this one lot less than "Sing" and "Don't", but I do like the Seamus Haji remix that was promoted for the club and Dance radio format releases. "Sing" and "Don't" were such great single choices with their 1-2 punch.

I want "Photograph" to be a single. I hope this also reaches #1 after "Don't" missed the mark. But with Uptown Funk! exploding, its chances are unfortunately slim.

I don't think chances are slim, on Hot 100 it could be difficult but (unless something radically changes) not on pop. UF is doing very well, but eventually will peak (more sooner than later) and start to drop and this is rising very fast. It will be very surprising if this won't get number one in three weeks

And yes I was referring to CHR. :)

Did anyone here has tried this song at 1.25 speed? Forget a remix, just put out the 1.25 speed version in Radio (or maybe if possible, 1.1 speed), and watch it beat Blurred Lines record

A performance on Ellen a day after the Grammy performance. I still have no use for this song tbh but I would LOVE it if this could somehow unseat "Uptown Funk" from #1 on the Hot 100.

Heard a mix of this on KTU in NY. Posted in the dance section, but considering that KTU is now a top 40 CHR station I thought I'd post here too. Has anyone heart it yet or know what mix it is?
Thanks!

Wait - why is this song so buried on Pulse? It looks like it's about to hit #1 on tomorrow's official pop chart, and it's back to #1 on the rolling Hot AC.
(By the way - more hysterical HitsDailyDouble hate: "Well, Im just "Thinking Out Loud" here but I think that Mark Ronson "Uptown Funk" f/Bruno Mars (RCA) will relinquish the #1 spot after a six week run. Taylor Swift "Style" (Republic/Big Machine) is again this week's greatest gainer and should be the next #1."
So you acknowledge "Thinking Out Loud," but then don't identify Ed Sheeran or the label and sort of imply that "Style" will actually be the song hitting #1)

Better hurry up and get #1 because Style is moving up fast.

It was a nerve wrecking (specially with Taylor rising like a rocket) but he finally got that number one

HITS is always hating. They didn't even mention Ed being one of the winners of the YouTube Music Awards but they were all riding Sam Smith's jock... smh

#1 on Pop: 2 1 ED SHEERAN Thinking Out Loud 18914 18578 336 116.953 Also officially reaches #1 at adult contemporary and returns to #1 at Hot AC. Pretty epic week for this song. HITS is always hating. They didn't even mention Ed being one of the winners of the YouTube Music Awards but they were all riding Sam Smith's jock... smh We've noticed that there's some issue between Hits Daily Double and Atlantic (Charli XCX's "Boom Clap" was also ignored for the near entirety of its run). Not sure what it is, though.

I don't think Sheeran is well liked by the "grunts" in the industry. I know the DC station DJs just don't like him on a personal level.
