Definitely sounds more up my street than Ultraviolence which, while by no means a bad album, was not as magical as Born To Die.

Still coming down from tonight's show.
She sang a bit of "Honeymoon" acapella and surprised us with "Florida Kilos" as part of the encore. I'm hoping the unreleased songs she chose to perform ("Us Against the World" and ESPECIALLY "Serial Killer") make the new album because they were so much fun live.

Saw her a couple nights ago in Charlotte. She's incredible. Never knew she had so many fans that know EVERY word... Love her... Can't wait for Honeymoon.

I really wanted to go last night, but the drive to that venue is longer than it seems and I would have been in the lawn section. After last year's show, I don't want to be in general admission at a Lana show ever again. The random screaming and sing shouting and sitting on shoulders is too much.

I drove 10 hours to see her and would have done it again if she was in my area (yes, I consider 10 hours my area) just to have her perform Serial Killer, Off to the Races, and Florida Kilos.

After last year's show, I don't want to be in general admission at a Lana show ever again. The random screaming and sing shouting and sitting on shoulders is too much. Yeah, that's understandable. Buying tickets for this show was such a miserable experience because ticketmaster kept crashing for a good hour or so but I was fortunate enough to get actual seats. It was my first time going to that venue and while I didn't mind the drive, it definitely wouldn't have been worth it for the lawn. It was completely packed and I can't imagine they were able to see a thing. I've read plenty of complaints about Lana's shows, from the sound to audience behavior to the setlist, but I left the venue last night with none of my own. Everyone around me was singing and yelling but I was still able to hear her voice and her band clearly. And thank god everyone stood during the entire show; I'm used to audiences sitting down during slower songs (which make up the majority of Lana's catalogue) and at 6'4" I was really hoping not to have to be the annoying tall guy. I was expecting a short setlist typical of Lana's shows but she actually ended up performing 15 songs (16 if you count the snippet). I was so relieved she replaced "Brooklyn Baby" with my theme song "Ride" and even though "Chelsea Hotel" was kind of a bummer for me, the audience really got into it. I've never liked "Florida Kilos" either but after last night lol YAAAAYO! Now can anyone tell me if Grimes sings in English?

This year and last year's shows sold so quickly, it was super frustrating haha. I haven't been to the Cruzan Amphitheatre since Christina Aguilera and Destiny's Child, but I'd much rather go there than The Fillmore Miami. I'm glad you enjoyed yourself!

Doesn't speak to me the way "West Coast" or "Ride" did but it's pretty I guess.

Has she perform 'Money Power Glory' live? Its one of my absolute favs from Ultraviolence. She performed it at her show at Music Midtown that I was at last September in Atlanta. Also, regarding Honeymoon. Her vocals are crazy good. That third verse is everything.

Here it is, the first and title track off my record – Honeymoon. In some ways I feel it's where the record begins and ends... there are so many other tracks on the record, 13 others to be exact- Some with a muddy trap energy and some inspired by late-night Miles Davis drives… But I love this song because it encapsulates all of the things that come naturally to me. lanadel.re/HONEYMOON

One of the few cases where I didn't lose my senses upon listening to a brand new Lana song. West Coast is nearly impossible to top so I guess she has set the bar too high but Honeymoon is still a good song. It's definitely reminiscent of Born To Die so I guess it'll be a grower much like the non-singles from that masterpiece of an album.

Hmm, I'm not sure how I feel. I don't love it, but then again I didn't care for 'West Coast' at first and it's now one of my favorite songs of hers. Hopefully this will grow on me, too. I will say that it would easily be my least favorite track on both Born to Die and Ultraviolence, so that worries me a bit.

I love the way the vocals are so stripped down. The chorus did it for me. Our Honeymoon. Our Secret. Our little world.
I loved that she said the song is where the album begins but at the same time where it ends. So emotional.

Agreed with that review...Spot fucking On. There is no one else like this woman in music and she is vital. Let NO one ever come for her authenticity ever again. I can't even believe there was a time where I once did...granted, it was at the start of the Born To Die era but still. She knows her strengths and she plays up to them to the nteenth power.

It's so pretty. The thing I notice most is how strong her singing is, she's really honed her skills since she blew up.

Her musicality is exquisite. I can't think of anyone out right now that matches her discography's sheer quality three-ish albums in. I saw a review for this with the headline "Six minutes of meandering bliss," and that seems like the perfect description. Can't wait for the album.

It's not instantly clicking with me, but the songs that I now consider Lana's best didn't instantly click with me, either.

I love Honeymoon, its def Born to Die but more cinematographic and less trip-hoppy. Yet, I dont see it working as a single, not that she needs a commercial hit single to be relevant. Hopefully she gets Grammys recognition, she deserves it. Performing there and cleaning her bad live act image would be excellent for her.

The lead single is the song that Jake Nava directed the video, probably 'Music To Watch Boys To'. So far we Know » 14 tracks (Honeymoon, Don't Let Me Missunderstood, Music To Watch Boys To) » Aiming for a Setember Release » First single video is directed by Jake Nava. (Shades of Cool) And I bet we will be hearing about the single in 2-3 wiki #hope.

I hope Honeymoon gets some radio action especially at AC Radio. It sure deserves it.
