73 "Wrong" The Airborne Toxic Event Peak: #37 | Weeks on: 8
"Sometime Around Midnight", "Wishing Well" and "Changing" were all great songs that made TATE relevant on Alternative radio. Then "Timeless" came, an utterly snoozy Hot AC ballad of a song that started out strong but ended up flopping, peaking at only #16. After an awful single for the Dallas Buyers Club soundtrack, Mikel Jolett and Co. decided to turn synthpop, and the result wasn't all that great. The synths are just so out of sync with the vocals, and if they had been more organized, the song could have been a lot better.

72 "Rude" MAGIC! Peak: #19 | Weeks on: 15
I don't know how the f**k one of the biggest Pop hits of the year managed to cross over to Alternative radio. Maybe it was because of the reggae. Yeah, the instrumentation is alright but it feels watered down from actual reggae, and the lyrics are obnoxiously horrible. It's catchy, but it's too flawed to work.

71 "Agora" Bear Hands Peak: #17 | Weeks on: 21
"Giants" was a cool mix of pop-punk and indie rock. The follow up, "Agora" wasn't nearly as memorable. The hook is catchy, but I don't remember much from the verses. Not a bad song, just not completely memorable.

How Rude can chart on Alternative but not 311's Five of Everything is shocking.

I agree with the "Rude" comments... it was catchy at first, but got old and obnoxious FAST.

While I like "Rude" and "Agora", I kinda agree with the comments. "Rude" got waaaay overplayed and while I like Agora a lot, I can understand why it wouldn't be perceived as memorable. (Also completely overshadowed by Giants)
