- With the absence of the aforementioned "Black Widow", we have another three-way tie for the oldest record on AT40 - "Bang Bang", "All About That Bass" and "Don't" have each been on AT40 for 28 weeks.
- Despite the debut of "Time Of Our Lives" in the Top 10, no Two-For-One for the second straight week
- Paul McCartney is once again rewriting the AT40 history books. Last week marked his first Top 40 appearance since 1996, this week has marked his highest chart appearance since 1986 ("Spies Like Us" peaked at #9).

I'm very surprised at the lack of discussion this week. Maybe it's the page 2 phenomenon (out of sight, out of mind).
All the songs this week were on the move except for #1. We heard both Jessie J and Juicy J. And to expand on
something that Ryan said, we got a Tuesday, a Weekend, and The Weeknd, all in the same show. Nice to have 3 "breakouts". Ryan talked briefly
to Madonna. I think they need some new prerecorded intros. Some of them have been around for years now.

To add to discussion, when Ryan introduced Priory, did he say "Got paid" as the name of the song? I know when the song was over he said "Weekend". Did I hear wrong?

Upon re-listening to that part of my tape he said "It's called Weekend. Priory getting paid in the breakout spot." He was referring to all the blood and plasma that the lead singer sold over the years, and apparently doesn't have to anymore.

Last week we lost two "don't" songs, this week two "about" songs. I thought All About It would have faired better.

I find it amusing how they added an extra between Ellie and Ed since "Don't" is about her and would have followed Love Me Like You Do.

Uptown Funk probably has #1 on lock down the next two maybe three weeks.
