Those are my guesses.

That it was, back on January 24.

Also recently, they used "Give a Little More" as an extra, which never actually made the AT40 chart at all when it was out in 2010-11. These may seem unexpected choices, but in a good way; it's kind of refreshing to hear these instead of Maroon 5's many bigger and arguably overplayed hits.

"Never Gonna Leave This Bed" peaked at #28 in August 2011; interestingly, it fell off from that position the same week "Moves Like Jagger" debuted, and everything since from them has made the top 5.

I wish they'd play some of the smaller Pop hits as optional extras rather than the ones that are fairly recent/were huge at their peak. Glad they have Apologize as one this week, though.

After #11, Ryan mentioned that as far the staff could tell, in the history of AT40, Ellie Goulding was the only person to hit the top 10 with two different songs in the same week ("Outside" and "Love Me Like You Do").

the week of April 4, 1964, pre-AT 40, those 5 songs all entered the top 10
in different weeks.

Congrats to Taylor for her second #1 song in the past 3 months! She also
anchors the top 10. Only 4 songs stayed put this week. I'm surprised the
Madonna song didn't last longer than it did. With the decade just
half over, I think the songs have been generally much better than in the 2000's decade.
Ryan also spoke to Katy Perry by phone, and J-Lo got more practice introducing
number one.

Yeah, that's the first thing I did. I checked the Billboard charts from early 1964 to see if The Beatles did it. They had a several month stretch with multiple concurrent top 10s. Not once, however, did more than one song ever enter the top 10 the same week.

And unlike last time when one song ("Blank Space") topped both the CHR and HAC versions, there were two different #1 songs ("Thinking Out Loud" was #1 on HAC).
