In case anyone is wondering if there's been a time where 2 songs with the same title were charting at the same time: yes. Back in late 2003-early 2004, "Breathe" by Michelle Branch and "Breathe" by Melissa Etheridge charted at the same time.

Due in part to panel changes (and I'm not sure of the current # of stations on the published panel), the record max spins on HAC is 7305 spins by "Sugar" on the 12 April chart.
