Pick a few of your favorite tracks from the soon-to-be Grammy Album of the Year-nominated Pageant Material by Kacey Musgraves.

My favorites are "Fine", followed by "Somebody To Love" and "Pageant Material". "Are You Sure?", "Good Ol' Boys Club", and "Dime Store Cowgirl" all follow closely. There isn't a track I dislike, but I think "Fine" is exquisite. I tie it with "Keep it To Yourself" as the best song in her recorded catalog. Granted, she's only two albums in, but those two are some of the most finely-tuned and sharply-written ballads I've heard from any artist (Country or not) in ages.
The quality of this album is so, incredibly on par with 21. It won't reach even a fraction of its commercial success, but that doesn't even matter to me.

Dime Store Cowgirl and Pageant Material both stand out currently for me. I'll have to give it another go-round for a third choice because I love this album so much.

No order:
1. Late To The Party 2. Dime Store Cowgirl 3. Family Is Family
This was tough. LTTP was my favorite by far upon first listen, but now the entire album is growing on me. I also really love "This Town" and "Good Ol' Boys Club".

Right now, it's "Dime Store Cowgirl," "High Time," and "Family Is Family," but I'm sure that's because I've known them longer. I particularly like "Late To The Party," "Pageant Material," "Miserable," and "Die Fun" right now, but there's not a bad track in the bunch.

I give the slight edge to "Late To The Party" (should be single #3 imo, or #2 if they don't go with "Dime Store Cowgirl"). DSC is right behind "Party", and then I gave my 3rd vote to "Fine", with "Somebody To Love" and "Good Ol' Boys Club" just missing the cut.
Really though, there's not a bad track on the album. My least favorite song is actually "Biscuits", but I still like it well enough (that seems to happen to me a lot lately, where the artist's lead single ends up being my least favorite song on the album). This album is damn near perfect.
