Where have I heard this? A commercial? Like I don't see it doing anything, it isn't a bad song, just very dated.

Where have I heard this? A commercial? It's in an Apple commercial for the iPhone 6, and his other song "River" is included in a Beats By Dre ad (if you recognize the voice maybe).

I like this, but I don't see this doing much on Pop in its present form. I do not want this remixed for a Pop release.

Love this! It won't do anything here, but I'm glad to see his label wants to push him on other formats. This might do something on hot AC and AC.

I love it, but I'd be very surprised to see this become a CHR/Pop hit. I'm surprised they haven't sent it to Urban AC yet.

I like this and I agree with people saying this won't do anything here, but I wouldn't mind a Pop mix for this similar to James Bay's "Hold Back the River". They kept the vibe from the original, but changed some things in production to make it more upbeat. I'm not totally sure how they'd work it out for this, but I can see it happen.

His album is pretty good. Some classic R&B.

His album is pretty good. Some classic R&B. First off, let me say I like this album quite a bit. However, this dude is zero unique and a robot of a "throwback" genre that I think he missed the boat on. "But it's critically acclaimed!", well no $***, who is going to say something that sounds like Motown rip offs is bad? It would be critical suicide. There is nothing original about this music and nothing about it should be played on radio in my honest opinion. He is a tribute artist and that is all, nothing is groundbreaking what so ever with him.
