Kenny Chesney it's pretty close as Alan is in a fair second place. While Sara Evans is good it's not as gripping as the other two.

It's nearly impossible to choose between "Remember When" and "Suds In The Bucket" as both are my favorite singles from their respective artists and they're two of my favorite country songs ever.
I went with "Suds In The Bucket" simply because I've loved it for a longer period of time than I have "Remember When".

No contest: "Remember When". It's probably one of the greatest country songs of the last few decades, in my opinion. Powerful lyrics, gorgeous country instrumentation...it is soooo good.

Kenny, though it won't matter to me who wins, they're all great.

"Suds in the Bucket" for the win. What an incredible song. That instrumentation is everything.

"Suds in the Bucket" for the win. What an incredible song. That instrumentation is everything. Aw man I thought you'd vote for a ballad *cough* There Goes My Life. Seriously even when Kenny goes serious and deep you still hate his music.

Seriously even when Kenny goes serious and deep you still hate his music. Because I hate his voice, lmao. I only like three of his songs and oddly enough they're all the ones he did with Grace Potter. I'm starting to think he just start a duo with her to become tolerable for me. And you know I was going to vote for Sara Evans anyway so don't play.

Different strokes have you actually gave There Goes My Life a listen can you at least admit it's written well. I mean no offense sorry if I offended you .indulgecountry

I mean I think a lot of his music sucks too (not here for island tunes, and I don't like them when ZBB does them either, etc.) but his voice just does nothing for me except make me wanna change the radio dial, lol. And I know I'm not the only person ever who didn't like someone because of their voice so I don't get why it's a big deal. You aren't offending me, but this is unnecessary.

Sorry I was just curious cause I just wanted to see someone explain why they don't like it. Because I've never heard anyone hate those songs. Ooh sorry for de-railing the thread sabre14. Anyways this race could be close. #TeamKenny

FWIW, I also don't like "Remember When" either, lol. For the same reasons as Uncle Lumpy: I love Alan but Remember When is probabily my most detested song he ever released as a single. Great words , I just hate the melody for some reason.

"Remember When" should be destroying these other two.

I never thought I'd see the day where Kenny Chesney tops Sara Evans on Pulse. The polar opposites of .indulgecountry

"There Goes My Life," easily.
I'm not a Chesney fan in the least, but damn this is just a great song, and I really feel like Kenny delivered the perfect amount of emotion this song needed.
"Remember When" is gorgeous, but there's something about it that has kept me from ever loving it.
"Suds In The Bucket" was pretty cute when it came out, but it hasn't aged well for me.
