FMQB has Ed Sheeran - "Rudimental" listed as going for adds next week, but we can probably assume it's this, haha.

Ignoring that FMQB messed up with the credits, this is Rudimental's second US attempt, right? I think that "Feel the Love" could have been huge for them in the States, despite his label tried to push it a year later and D&B isn't one of the most commercial sounds there.
Anyway, I'm wondering how this track will be because his recent ones have been underwhelming for me, although I like "Rumour Mill" and "I Will for Love", as some examples. I mean, they can't be compared with the ones from Home to be honest.

I'm kinda glad they're trying again I suppose?
I like Rudimental, but they just scream the kind of D&B that never really hits the mainstream outside of Britain. Not to say that they couldn't get a one off track that goes somewhere on radio, but they just don't sound like US hits. I don't see the Ed Sheeran feature really making much of a difference for this since he's wrapping up a campaign that was one of the biggest on radio in the past year and a half, so there's no immediate demand this instant.

First memorable hook I've heard from Rudimental since 2013. That said, is this even D'n'B? Doesn't sound so. I can see this making a nice dent at pop radio but I'd be shocked it it truly blew up.

Hm, this is definitely not dnb, but i think that's why this can smash on Pop. once they have gotten some name in the US, they can push DnBs again and they will have more success potential.

This sounds like a hit to me. I think it'll go at least top 20 on pop radio, probably even higher. I like it! Very fall vibe.

That's kind of sad but true unfortunately :'( ("Waiting All Night" is still a jam for me) The only thing is this will be remembered as an Ed Sheeran song, so Rudimental might not be able to cross over with a D&B song even if this becomes a hit (I seriously do not hope that is the case)

surprised that this is already charting tbh
as for the song itself, it's basically rudimental with about half of the most interesting things about them stripped away, but this is still pretty good
