Lol, Linkin Park much? And a little Skillet in there too. Not bad, though. This would've smashed Alt in 2002. I actually like this more than I like to admit.

This is pretty freaking good. It would have done a lot better 10-15 years ago when Linkin Park was becoming massive. I'll be rooting for this on Active.

It has both good and bad aspects from Linkin Park's musical style. I like the chorus aspect of it and not much else.

Heard this song on Skratch 'N Sniff and it instantly caught my attention.

I haven't listened to the full song but it's pretty bad from what I heard.

This band followed me on Twitter tonight... when I saw their name, I knew that I knew them. And sure enough, it was this song. Good song, but the chorus is really whiny and I'm not the biggest fan of mixing rap and rock. Love the piano and the beat though. The melody itself is fine.
Did this ever go any farther than top 20 on Active?

Right now it looks like it will peak just outside the top 5. But the album was unimpressive on first listen. I wonder what they would send as the second single.

I'm pretty stoked this has gone Top 10. It's grown on me tremendously since I've heard it, probably because it reminds me a little of older Linkin Park (albeit not quite as good). Album's not too bad either, even if it's a little same-sounding.
Also, with "Saint Cecilia", "State of My Head", "Ways to Get High", and "Here's to the Heartache" all falling, along with its pretty big bullet, it has a shot at Top 5.

I really have not been listening to Active recently for a while now. I heard this one time before though and yeah it is definitely older LP like. I liked LP until they became sellouts, and when they had a chance to redeem themselves they sing songs about fear and armageddon.

I'm sorry but when did LP sell out? 2010-2012 A Thousand Suns was NOT a sellout album. If it was it probably would have produced more then 1 single people remember and would have been liked by way more fans. Living Things...yeahhh it kinda was but they were struggling to find their sound at that point and it still has a few good tracks off it.

Linkin Park is one of the only bands that changes up their sound on every single album. I don't think it's possible for them to sell out.

I'm sorry but when did LP sell out? 2010-2012 No, 2002 with Ind The End. That was when they ascended to new heights. And Numb made it even worse.

I'll agree that those two albums back-to-back were the most similar transition. Ho in their discography. However, there is still a contrast between the two.

I don't get a Linkin Park vibe from this at all I get a scene-metalcore vibe from it.
