Valory Music Company ran this "Power Up" ad in Country Aircheck this past week. "You Look Like I Need A Drink" has been gaining more spins as the days on Mediabase have gone on this week (67 -- 73 -- 85 -- 165). Justin will likely move up to #6 on Mediabase this week. I think the label will try for a top 5 peak before letting it go (it's definitely growing tired with listeners and programmers alike) in favor of the next single, which brings me to my next point... Today, Valory organized a survey through RadioTraks to help members give input on Justin's next radio single, only unlike other surveys I've seen lately, this time...they had you give input on the entire album. Of course, the only two tracks I voted for "Love it! Play it a lot!" were "Kinda Don't Care" and "Robbin' Trains." The rest of the album I pretty much gave a simple "So So" or "Don't like it" response. I let it be known I would pick "Robbin' Trains" as the second single in the comments section you fill out at the end of the survey. The survey runs through August 22nd. I'm assuming the next single will then be decided on in September.

Somebody Else Will is definitely a smash. Would release that one next followed by the excellent title track.

I like this one pretty well. It was a pleasant surprise after being turned off by the title - wasn't what I expected (I think there's a thread on that somewhere). As always, Justin's vocals on it are great. I always enjoy his voice even on the songs I don't particularly care for.

As much as I love "Kinda Don't Care", I can't picture it on country radio 2016-2017 because of all the steel guitar and that super twangy telecaster guitar. It's definitely sounds a few years to dated. I think "Robbin' Trains" has a modern enough sound that radio would play it.

Robbin Trains just feels like an album track to me. Decent song but don't think it's catchy enough for radio. I hate the production to Put Me in a Box but that chorus is stuck in my head. That's another song that I think would do well at radio

Call me crazy but I think Justin Moore still has an outside chance of hitting at the very least the top 3. There's such a large gap from Justin Moore to songs from Blake Shelton and Kenny Chesney that I can see Justin Moore at the very least entering the Top 3 once Jake Owen, Sam Hunt and Dan + Shay start falling (Dan + Shay is already falling).

I know it's only Monday but Hits Daily Double's Mediabase Building Chart has Justin tracking for #1 this coming weekend for Mediabase. Dierks is going to have to fall hard for Justin to catch him for this coming weekend.

I hope Dierks Bentley can get another week at #1 and/or this one gets passed/blocked by Billy Curington/WMM/Kenny Chesney/etc. because this would easily be one of the most undeserving and perplexing #1s in awhile. This has been a total non-event of a single and I'm amazed that it's even sitting in the Top 5 right now. I like this song, but the sales for this are just ridiculously bad and it feels like it has left virtually no impact. Time for it to go away and for single #2, imo.

I love Justin Moore and want him to stay relevent, but this song (which I do enjoy, but it is nowhere near the top of the heap for me) has been a bit of a non-event I would go as far to say "Bait a Hook" was a stronger contender for #1. If you go to his concerts, BAH still gets the crowds going. I don't think this will be the case for YLINAD a few years out.
I'm glad he has rebounded after the Home Sweet Home/This Kind of Town nightmare.
Let this hit #1 on Mediabase and go with Kinda Don't Care for single #2!

After Billy passed Justin on the Billboard Airplay Chart today, it seems like it could be tough to get "YLLINAD" to the number 1 spot. Does Moore still have a shot at number 1 with Kenny right behind him?

I'm going to be really annoyed if this gets anywhere near #1, but it appears that that's what might happen after all > If this were to hit #1, it would probably become the #1 song that made the least amount of impact in...forever? Seriously, the sales and streaming numbers for this are just awful. I've never seen such a poor-selling song get this close to the top. As of this morning, it was #246 on iTunes, but just a couple of days ago it wasn't even in the top 300. Meanwhile, every other current top 10 at country radio is in the top 100 on iTunes, with most of them being in the 60s, 50s, or better (LoCash's "I Know Somebody" is the only top 10 song with mediocre sales; all the others besides Justin are selling quite well). Justin is off to a good start over the first 2 days of the new Mediabase week, but he's not going to get back ahead of Billy Currington on Billboard (Billy gained a whopping 156 spins and 1.166 mil in audience on MB this morning), and Kenny, Tucker, and William aren't far behind, either. Maybe Justin can hold those guys off for one more week (this week is the "push week" for YLLINAD, since Justin co-hosted Lon Helton's countdown on Sunday), but again, I can't see him re-passing Billy on Billboard, and I'm not sure if Dierks will fall below him either. I was thinking that "Different For Girls" might get a 2nd week and #1 and while it still could (it has a big lead and its losses in today's update were fairly minimal), I'm now starting to think that Justin might push to #1 on Mediabase, but peak at #2 or #3 on Billboard, behind only Billy OR both Billy and Dierks, like countryboy79 predicted. That would mean that Billy would probably be the one to get multiple weeks at #1 on Billboard. Kenny's song is the biggest hit within the top 10, but Billy should easily get to #1 at some point, and it remains to be seen when WMM and Tucker will "power up", and just how high they can get. WMM's album comes out on September 30 and Tucker's EP drops on October 7. Both of them are too new to be on Lon Helton's countdown (a new artist almost never co-hosts CC-USA until they are on their 2nd or 3rd single), so the schedule over the next few weeks has Blake Shelton on Sept. 24/25, LoCash on October 1/2, and Billy Currington on October 8/9. That's good news for Billy but I'm not sure what it means for WMM and Tucker (and we can probably throw LoCash in there, too). Country radio likes to push almost every top 10 song to #1 (imagine me rolling my eyes here), but this time I don't think there's room/time for every song currently in the top 10 to hit #1. The two that I'm most sure of are Billy and Kenny, and then Luke and Cole are probably locks for #1 as well, but that'll be a few weeks down the road yet. When it comes to the current top 8 on Mediabase -- not including Dierks or Kelsea since they're no longer climbing -- I think Billy and Kenny are definitely the most likely to hit #1 (and both could spend multiple weeks on top of the Billboard chart), but maybe 2 of the other 4 (Justin, William, Tucker, and LoCash) will also be able to hit #1. Justin seems the least likely to me, but again, it's possible that his label will manipulate their way to a #1 peak on Mediabase. Ugh.

^If Justin Moore does top the chart, he'll be the 126th artist in history with five chart topping hits.

I've never seen such a poor-selling song get this close to the top. Kenny Chesney, "Reality" and George Strait, "Love's Gonna Make It Alright" too. Hoping this gets blocked from #1 too. This has been the biggest non-event top 4/3 song of 2016, besides "Little Bit of You" (it's #91 on the Hot 100...)

Wasn't "We Went" a non-event of a #1 too? #60 is the lowest Hot 100 peak I've seen for a #1 in a long time.
I also remember "Beer in Mexico" and "Ladies Love Country Boys" having abysmally low Hot 100 peaks of #61, although apparently both still managed to go gold.

I'm relatively new to the genre (3ish years), but if I had to guess based on gold airplay and concert response, I would have said "Beer in Mexico" was one of Kenny's biggest hits. In regards to this song--I absolutely cannot wait for it to go away. Please do "Kinda Don't Care" next and not one of those trend-chasing snooze fests that Justin was guilted into including.

yes, that, along with "Fix", which peaked at #65. "Fix" was also certified Gold. Fair enough, but I was talking based on peaks based on the Hot 100 for my definition of "non-event". It was the first #1 in a while not to even hit the top 60 on the Hot 100 (since "Reality" I believe, which would've done worse in the streaming age).

Today's update has me convinced that this will be the #1 on Mediabase, but the question is whether it will be enough for Billboard too. I'm really annoyed that no one is fighting for multiple weeks lately, somebody needs to grow a pair and claim the throne.

This one is heading to #1 on both charts. Wow. And also...ugh.
This is one of the worst cases of chart/radio manipulation yet. Am I really supposed to believe that a 47-week old song that was on life support the last few weeks (seriously, Justin only gained 219k on Billboard last week) is suddenly able to gain 200 spins and over 1.1 million in audience in a single day?
Dierks and Kelsea are plummeting, and Justin should have no trouble re-passing Billy on Billboard, given his absurdly large gains the last couple of days. This will almost certainly move 4-1, but Justin will be lucky if he peaks around #75 on the Hot 100. Most #1 country airplay hits peak in the 50s or better on the Hot 100. I can only think of a small handful that didn't make the top 60. This would easily be the lowest-peaking #1 country song on the Hot 100 in a long, long time (perhaps of all time), and easily the least-deserving song to go #1 on country radio since I started watching the charts. The public doesn't care about this one (low sales and streams), and radio doesn't care about it either, otherwise it wouldn't have needed 47 weeks to hit the top.
Just ridiculous all around.

I'm so annoyed with Capitol right now. Co-sign. And + Mercury. Seriously, Billy Currington could have easily had a 2-week #1 here, or maybe even 3 weeks. And Dierks has a big hit on his hands so I'm actually quite surprised that Capitol didn't push for more than one week on top..

It's ridiculous that a new single has not been promoted from Justin's latest album. This song has been out for almost a year. It took almost the entire time to get it's peak of #12 on the main chart. I would have moved on by now. One more reason I don't listen to the radio because they hold on to songs for too long. Hope to see "Somebody else will" get pushed and make the top 40.

This would easily be the lowest-peaking #1 country song on the Hot 100 in a long, long time (perhaps of all time) In post-fall 1998 terms, yes. Before then, songs that did not have a physical single were ineligible for the Hot 100, and thus most #1 country songs either didn't hit the Hot 100 at all or had extremely low peaks. I believe Shania Twain's "Honey, I'm Home" was the last #1 country song not to enter the Hot 100 at all, and its predecessor "Where the Green Grass Grows" by Tim McGraw, only got to #79.

To let you guys know how bad the sales are for this song. The following songs are outselling "You Look Like I Need A Drink" (and aren't in the MB Top 20).
Chris Young "Sober Saturday Night" Eric Church & Rhiannon Giddens "Kill A Word" Brantley Gilbert "The Weekend" Lauren Alaina "Road Less Traveled" Brothers Osborne "21 Summer" Raelynn "Love Triangle" Dylan Scott "My Girl" High Valley "Make You Mine" Dustin Lynch "Seein Red" Eli Young Band "Saltwater Gospel" Darius Rucker "If I Told You" and Carrie Underwood "Dirty Laundry".
The sales have been awful and I really find this to be the most undeserving #1 probably ever. Oh well, bring on single #2.
