Thanks for posting that. I saw it on Facebook, but had no idea how to post it from there. She really is so real and down-to-earth. I like the song even more now after the video and all of the reaction to it.

I love her more than life itself. She responded to a comment of mine on Facebook regarding this video sometime last week and just seeing how everyone's reacting to this video and song is beyond beautiful and incredibly touching. I'm truly grateful to have this song/video in my life, so I can't even imagine how she must feel from all of these comments. Too beautiful.
But really, when you're looking at your phone and a notification pops up with Reba's face saying that Reba McEntire replied to your comment is a pretty special moment! ;)

I'm still hoping for big things from this, but in less traditional ways (a Grammy nomination like Lee Ann Womack, or an appearance on a music video chart, or something). I'm hopeful that the radio push will allow it to chart either this week or next.

Amazing to think this originally wasn't even gonna be on the album...
This is one of her BEST imo...

Two million views for the video at YouTube. I think this release will be a word of mouth kind of thing. It should be the little engine that could (and will).

I don't venture to the country side too often but I'm sure glad I did for this. What an amazing song and the video is truly touching. She's amazing.

I imagine the Cumulus block (I think that's the one) will soon be playing this song and getting to chart as soon as possible. After that I doubt anything will really happen. I will say this it will be really nice to even see this song on the AirPlay chart.

Dear Bobby Bones, If there was ever a song you NEED to play on your syndicated radio show, its this one. Just let that repeat button run while this beautiful song plays. Sincerely, Someone who could possibly become your biggest fan

Sincerely, Someone who could possibly become your biggest fan There's probably less than a 1% chance that Bobby would play this song. Bobby's show is on iHeartMedia stations, Reba is on a label that's half-owned by Cumulus (iHeartMedia's biggest rival). I know your post was probably more of a wish than anything. I'm just ruining all the fun and saying that it almost certainly won't come true.

Well if there was one person who would be willing to go up against their own employer, I think Bobby would be that person... lol I see what your saying though. I honestly forgot about the Cumulus association and just thinking Reba won't get played because of her age, you know like most other veteran country stars. Silly me to forgot about corporate politics

#17 on Country Streaming, #37 on Hot Country Songs, and #50 on Digital Country Songs. Hopefully it debuts on the airplay chart next week.

It would sure be nice if they would just give this one a flippin' blippin' add date already! Then all the Cumulus stations will add it at once and push it right into the lower regions of the chart. Unless they do that soon anyway without a prior add date being announced, which would make me just as happy :)

This song is just great. This is easily one of Reba's best songs in years and one that radio *should* be all over. They wouldn't touch George's "Cold Beer Conversation" so I don't see this doing much better other than maybe top 30.

They wouldn't touch George's "Cold Beer Conversation" so I don't see this doing much better other than maybe top 30. It would be so nice if this came even within shouting distance of the top 30. "Going Out Like That" managed to do so after a looooooong push, but since then Nash Icon has had a whale of a time even trying to get their songs to the top 45... Granted, I do not think they have pushed anything as hard as they did GOLT. But so far this song seems to be taking off on its own in ways that none of Nash Icon's previous singles have done, so I will optimistically hope that this goes at least top 40! If anything maybe they will be able to push this one a little longer like they did with "Going Out Like That" rather than letting it flame out kinda quickly like they did with "Until They Don't Love You", "Ain't No Trucks In Texas", and "Are You Ready For The Country". Maybe they'll even pick up a few non-Cumulus adds this time since it seems to be testing so well within the general public already. But even if that happens, I highly doubt it will do much better than top 40 unfortunately :(

I watched. I cried. I somehow fell even more in love.
The end of her chat was so heart-warming. She truly is such a down-to-Earth, beautiful person.

That video was too much. When she talked about sometimes still thinking about calling her dad and realizing he's no longer there, I lost it. It's been four months with mom and that's still happening and it's the worst feeling in the world.
It is cute how it seems like she's reading them for the first time when she's reading them to us. Just like we are her best friend sitting their with her while she's checking her email.

This is helping sell the album in a big way. Love Somebody re-entered the album chart at #32 this week, higher than the #33 peak it reached during the Christmas season. This is actually the highest the album has been on the charts since the summer. I was hopeful when it was announced as the third single, but it's done even better than I could have imagined, despite the lack of radio support thus far. Even if it doesn't get any further, I'd call this a success for Reba :)

Yes! So glad to see this album having legs again! I was surprised how quickly it fell out of popularity. I know she won't sell like she used to, but come on, George Strait's album has been on the country albums chart for like 4 months now, and I feel like it had way less hype surrounding it than Reba's did, and very similar radio success.
Come to think of it, does anyone know how much Reba's Love Somebody has sold to date? Has George outsold her already, or is she still ahead because it's been out longer?

That's strong for a record without much radio AirPlay.

Presto!"Just Like Them Horses" was finally given an official release to Country radio. No add date was mentioned but expect the Cumulus block to get involved quickly.

Yay. I thought they would have trimmed it though.
I would like an awards show performance but since she didn't get nominated for an ACM I don't see that happening. But I hope they can line up at least one televised performance of the song.

Finally! I was beginning to get worried they weren't going to send this to radio, but yay! I hope it can at least out-perform "Until They Don't Love You." Between the video and the online response and the special connection this song has to Reba, I really think it has a little more going for it perhaps than UTDLY did, which seemed to not get much of a push. This isn't radio-friendly in this age but it has some stuff going for it, so here's hoping it can make Top 40!
