Interesting that Adventure of A Lifetime was one of the songs to vote for Fresh Buzz Song, given how it just entered the top 50 on Mediabase this week.

Also, with both Ed Sheeran songs falling off, this is the first time he hasn't had a charting song since August 9, 2014!

Do you think "Stitches" could beat Can't Hold Us(I think that's the longest charting song on AT40) as the longest charting since Dynamite? I could see it hitting 40 weeks.

Omi "Cheerleader" is now the oldest song on the countdown with 32 weeks. "Cheerleader" will most likely fall off next week. That will make "Lean On" the oldest song on the countdown. It seems to be a slow fall for "Lean On".

• So first chart of 2016, featuring four debuts and only one non-mover (New Americana).
• Temperature as an extra, again??
• I kind of wanted Cheerleader to leave.
• Focus, Renegades, 679 and Can't Sleep Love also might be gone ASAP.
• Can Lean On stay for 40 weeks?
• Sugar was a #1 hit for Maroon 5 last year. Now, it's back again as a different song for Robin Schulz.
• Kind of doubting if When We Were Young will match the success of Hello.

Since "Dynamite", "Party Rock Anthem" and "Lights" both exceeded "Can't Hold Us" for length of AT40 chart run. It's possible "Stitches" could beat CHU (43 weeks) or "Lights" (45), but it's not likely to match PRA (65) or Dynamite (72).

We got 12 one-word titles. Is this the first time the countdown includes a 0 (Zero)?
Ryan mentioned that only one song stayed put (#30). Those 2 extras in a row
could have been avoided. They beefed up the 7,6 segment with the Two For One.
I didn't hear the optional extras, but I'm guessing that they played Hey Ya!
because it was the last #1 of the Casey era, and Ryan started hosting 12 years
ago around this time.
