I think most of you remember this. Spent 10 weeks at the summit and was the #1 song of 2014 via the YE Hot 100. Originally a song off the Despicable Me 2 soundtrack as well.

It's cute but borderline novelty.

This is the definitive song of the decade, so far, IMO.

Liked this at first in 2013 when it was on the soundtrack but the overplay killed this song for me. Still can't believe it blocked Beyoncé's "Drunk In Love" from the top spot at the time.

I've never disliked this (although admittedly I was out of the Western world when it was dominating so that factors into it), but I wouldn't really care if I never heard it again. Liked this at first in 2013 when it was on the soundtrack but the overplay killed this song for me. Still can't believe it blocked Beyoncé's "Drunk In Love" from the top spot at the time. This didn't block DIL from the Hot 100 #1, Dark Horse did. This took over 2 weeks later if I remember right.

I liked it just fine at first (never loved it), but it was so fucking overplayed I ended up hating it. Not even "Blurred Lines" felt as huge.

I liked it and still do. It did get overplayed, though.

It's a good song, but man I'm so burnt on it. Plus it's a tad bit repetitive.

A childhood favorite. Still listenable for me, although not as enjoyable as I used to.

Hated it then and I still hate it. The overplay and the constant fawning over this one ruined it for me.

Love it and I don't mind it at all. It's such a feel good song.
