What is the year-end chart based off of? Also, you should tag me in your chart posts. The YE chart is based off of chart performance year-round. A #1 automatically gets a Top 20 spot, unless a Holiday special. Last year I had 13 real #1s, plus "Thriller" by Michael Jackson for Halloween. |
