I mostly don't buy it because it's Monday... why is she releasing a video today!?!?! Oh, right, because it's perfect timing to let word get out that she's jumped on the celebrity "they over-photoshopped me" craze, have them "fix it", and then re-release it to huge curiosity views on Friday. BOOM!
Plus, I look at candid photos of her recently and then I look at her album and single covers and think... she approved those?
Girl. You're trying it.
Call it the Sophomore Slump or the Best New Artist Grammy Curse... or both... or just bad choices, perhaps?

I kinda feel bad, since she has potential, but it's getting wasted on well you know this....

If anything, it's the woman on her right side (left as we're looking at her) that should be complaining about what they did to her hip: Sad if it really did happen this way, but I don't buy it either.

I'm not sure if I buy it either. Wouldn't she have reviewed the final video?

The single cover was heavily photoshop-ed to make her waist thinner, maybe they will redo the single cover too? LOL.

I think the video itself is better than No's video sans the stupid special effects part.

She took it down cause yall keep bitching. ;)
Btw, it's not a bad song, it's just...different to see her branch off like this. But, as a collective...we're we ready to hear a "Title" Part 2?

She took it down cause yall keep bitching. ;) You know what though, this is probably the closest thing to the truth. Immediate bad reaction -> make up some ish about photoshopping to have an excuse to yank it and come up with something else. With that said I also don't think it is that farfetched to believe that Meghan did not have final approval over the video edit. If anything it is probably a safer bet to assume a female pop artist doesn't have control over her own product than to assume she does...

So, I'll say it:
That Pre-chorus "I thank God every day / I woke up feeling this way" is one of the catchiest things I've ever heard in a song from her. With those tambourines, it's addicting.

I didn't think anything of it until she ranted about it on Snapchat. It didn't really look like she was that angry. I also remember before the Dear Future Husband video was released, she posted a video on Instagram of her watching it. Why would she have gotten that video before it was released but not this? Unless they sent her the final version without the photoshopping and then added that change.

I don't recall exactly when addicting as an adjective slipped into American lexicon, but it has spread like kudzu and been a thorn in my side ever since.

Is that the same video or the non edited version. I didn't think she looked tiny in the first edit. Just a normal girl with a normal sized body????
This is num.88 on Itunes and "MoM" is num.90??? Did mothers day boost that song a lot??? "No" is still in the Top.15. I still don't see why they dropped it so quick??

She can keep the song, the video, and the obvious, cheap publicity ploy.

Not sure what it is, but I still find the song dope and the video was pretty cool, too!

This is... interesting. I can see it growing on me, but personally it's her weakest single by far.
Also, the verses sound like Britney Spears's "Trouble for Me" mixed with The Pussycat Dolls's "When I Grow Up." I'm not sure how I feel about them. I do really like the chorus, though.

I'm not really a fan of this, unfortunately. She was supposed to be the new Katy, and this should be her "Teenage Dream" single, but lol to that.
It's obviously the wrong direction for this album.
They should literally scrap everything and release "Title" as the 5th and final single off "Title". Seriously.

I WILL say that, having had this thought today, that "Title" is probably one of the most lyrically-on-brand songs she has that manages to be both authentic and put a spin on the "confidence" thing. Like, "Title" is quintessentially everything that works about Meghan and her appeal in an authentic way.
