I looked it up and I got conflicting answers.
Another question: Which sites count towards singles sales? iTunes obviously, but does Amazon, Google Play, or any other site count towards the sales too?

Friday through Thursday for both sales and streaming. Monday through Sunday for airplay.
And yes, all those retailers count towards digital sales. I'm not sure, but I don't think there's a list of all official retail outlets (digital or otherwise) made available.
This is probably stuff you could easily ask in the weekly Hot 100 thread, btw.
