Neighborhoods debuted at #2 with 151k (353k to date). So Blink 182 is actually opening higher than their last album? Can someone explain that?

So Blink 182 is actually opening higher than their last album? Can someone explain that? Nostalgia + the lead single performed better than the lead single from the last album.

I mean Panic! at the Disco is having their second biggest album era right now and Disturbed just got the biggest hit of their career. Maybe there's actual demand for rock music.
