If Re-Entry Rule Came Sooner (7/11/09 Hot 100)

Back in 2012, when the rule change that enabled recurrent songs to re-enter was demonstrated after the death of Whitney Houston, a question was posited to Gary Trust through Ask Billboard about what would've happened if the rule had been around when Michael Jackson died. The sales primarily affected the July 11, 2009 chart, and he listed the positions they would've reached on the multimetric.
Now, I found renewed curiosity with this listing because of the recent bombshells that kicked off with Prince's death, followed the next week with Beyonce's album and more Prince, and still sustaining with Drake's album the week after. This caused a multitude of songs to have notably sooner demises on the chart than expected, notably "Hello" which crashed from No. 37 and "Hands to Myself" which dropped from No. 35. Would the same thing have happened in this week? Well, I decided to fill in the blanks and see what happened.

- The Michael Jackson songs (aside from those that have re-entered since) do not have weeks. Billboard is very unreliable on this front. One of the MJ songs I looked up was listing as 0 weeks for its entire run...
- I don't have the Bubbling Under, so I don't know if the 4 entries that got pushed back to the zone were on Bubbling prior.
- None of the peaks are listed because Billboard only lists the lifetime peak throughout the charts online. There are a few listed in the spreadsheet in a hidden column.
