Here's what I found for songwriters - like I said, this certainly added to my excitement of some of the songs!
1. Happy People (Brandy Clark, Lori McKenna)* 2. Night on Our Side 3. Lost in California (Hillary Lindsey, Liz Rose, Lori McKenna) 4. Free 5. Drivin' Around (Rodney Clawson, Chris Tompkins, Craig Wisemen)* 6. We Went to the Beach (Laura Veltz, Richard McGill, Matt Jenkins) 7. Better Man (T Swift) 8. Rollin' 9. Don't Die Young, Don't Get Old (Karen Fairchild, Hillary Lindsey, Lori McKenna, Liz Rose, Kimberly Schlapman) 10. Beat Up Bible (Cary Barlowe, Hillary Lindsey, Shane Stevens) 11. When Someone Stops Loving You (Hillary Lindsey, Charles McGill, Lori McKenna) 12. The Breaker
*=multiple titles found, but this seemed like the likely winner

Lady Antebellum- 'Heart Break' June 9th Lady Antebellum return with new single, album, and tourAfter a brief hiatus, country trio Lady Antebellum are back with a new single, album, and tour. Out June 9, Heart Break will be the group’s sixth studio album and the new single “You Look Good” will lead the collection. “We knew right away that we had to name this album after a track that is a play on the word ‘heartbreak,’” singer Hillary Scott says in a statement released Thursday. ”It’s all about those personal growths everyone goes through and it was liberating to get back in the studio with Charles (Kelley) and Dave (Haywood) to intertwine those feelings into the recording process. I feel like we’ve reemerged stronger than ever and I can’t wait to share more music!” Heart Break follows a year in which Scott, Kelley, and Haywood all focused on solo efforts like Scott’s faith-based album and Kelley’s Grammy-nominated song “The Driver.” “We’ve always loved experimenting with different instruments and sounds in the studio, but we’ve never used horns before,” says Haywood. “The energy they brought to this song is really fun and was validation for all three of us that it had to be our first single back.” ew.com/music/2017/01/19/lady-antebellum-heart-break/

^Way to ignore that Hillary Scott's single from her album AND the album itself are also Grammy-nominated (and I think have a good chance of winning in the Christian categories). But good to know an album release date is already set. The "heart break" play on words is nothing original, but I'm intrigued to hear that song.

Just checking and that is 20 weeks from now. Definitely intrigued to where "You Look Good" will be on the charts at the album drop. If it's Top 10/5 that could lead to the album getting solid sales!

Last time we had a Josh Turner album was June 2012's release of 'Punching Bag' which was released by MCA Nashville back on June 12, 2012. Yep, close to 5 years since we had an album but the wait is almost over :).

And "Punching Bag" wasn't even a very good album, so I'm hoping for some quality music from Josh! Excited we've got a date though!

New Charlie Worsham music. This is not a drill, everyone get ready!
In all seriousness I am reqlly hopeful for some good music. Can't believe it's been nearly 3 years since his sophomore single ended up going now on the charts and stalled out

Lol Miley Cyrus is too innovative and out there (for better or worse) to be compared w/ vanilla bean Luke Bryan, imo. He's more like a Katy Perry type: flash over substance, and you can replace her big boobs with his tight pants. Both have limited vocal abilities, too.

I guess what I meant is Charlie Worsham is a real artist. So he's going to struggle a bit. Hopefully he can cut through,

Artist: Jeff Cook Album: Gotcha Covered, Vol. 1 Label: Heartland Records Release date: Jan. 20, 2017
Jeff Cook is a founding member of the Country Music Hall of Fame group Alabama. With the band on a break from touring, Cook has turned to his Allstar Goodtime Band and has released an album of covers called Gotcha Covered, Volume 1.
“My goal putting this band together was to have the ability to play the music that targets places like casino show rooms, fairs, festivals, that sort of thing,” Cook notes. “I think that’s probably what’s happened. If we go to play an R&B song, it sounds like R&B. If we go to play country, it sounds country, and everybody’s got enough knowledge of the differences to make it sound that way.”
It is, in some ways, a return to Cook’s pre-fame past. For those not in the know, Cook was a late-night disc jockey at Fort Payne, Ala., radio station WFPA for eight years during the ’60s when radio stations — particularly small-town outlets — played music from a wide variety of formats. Even Alabama, prior to its multi-platinum era, made its mark playing music at the Bowery in Myrtle Beach, S.C., where the band routinely vacillated between songs of different genres: Muscle Shoals soul classics, Creedence Clearwater Revival rock and Waylon Jennings country.
Track listing: 1. Because 2. Well (Baby Please Don't Go) 3. Crutches 4. I Feel Fine 5. Loney Teardrops 6. I Found Somebody 7. Red River (feat. Cash Creek) 8. Third Rate Romance 9. She's a Woman (She's About a Mover) 10. Save the Last Dance for Me 11. All Day and All of the Night 12. Gone Fishin' 13. Party On, Dude- Medley: Louie Louie / Hang on Sloopy / I'm a Fool

Lori McKenna has co-writing credits on 1/3 of the album? Yes please! Lots of Hillary Lindsey, Natalie Hemby, Liz Rose, and others makes me happy to see, too. Very excited for this album! Fingers crossed that they can have more singles success with this project beyond the first two singles. Also, I just realized that since Taylor Swift wrote "Better Man" and it's probably going to be a frontrunner for Song of the Year in the 2017 awards circuit that we might get to see her accepting an award for it somewhere. Even if that doesn't happen, I'm sure she's happy to see LBT getting the biggest hit of their career with a song she wrote.

So I wonder if Warner Bros. will be pushing a single from Charlie? I was interested about this too because after the long waiting period following his debut era, suddenly there's all this concrete album information but without anything at radio, which is pretty much the opposite of how it usually goes, so my first thought was that maybe he's going to be pushed as an artist in a similar lane to say Brandy Clark or Ashley Monroe. Promo through NPR + all the album info being dropped out there without anything about radio gave me that kind of a vibe, anyway.
