I don't buy it. I believe when that interview came out and he blasted his label basically. The label pulled out on the album date and that more than likely the labels probably thinking of dropping Tucker Beathard, since he has really poor sales, no momentum, radio doesn't seem interested, and that interview just makes Tucker Beathard look like someone who doesn't have a long term future here. Is he the artist that said he was gonna quit? One on the recent guys said that. he's being played by Cody Alan on midnite.

He’s not quitting. And it sounds like he is playing ball with his label.

Looks like this company will release the James Wesley cd this Friday. I know this an actual company I've bought from before but I just hadn't heard it was finally being released. Idk how to upload the picture so I just shared the link. www.bear-family.com/wesley-james-real-cd.html

Artist: Wade Bowen Album: Solid Ground Label: Thirty Tigers Release date: February 9, 2018
Indie country artist Wade Bowen announced today via social media that Solid Ground will be released February 9, 2018 via Thirty Tigers) Produced by Keith Gattis, the album features "Acuña," (out now) which longs for glory days spent in the small Texas-Mexico border town.
“I went to college in Lubbock, TX, and every September we used to drive all the way from Lubbock down to south Texas … to the Frio River, down to Del Rio and cross the border to Acuña,” Wade says. “This is kind where all that came from, talking about my roots. This is my glory days song I guess, with a different twist.” The upcoming album's cover, revealed today at WadeBowen.com, depicts a weathered map stamped into the cracked red dirt of Bowen's home state. While the album is clearly a loud, dirty love letter to Bowen's roots, it's also a wide-ranging addition to a not-quite-country, not-quite-rock genre where Springsteen, Tom Petty and Mellencamp are as influential as Guy Clark.
"Saying 'this is my Texas album' seems like an obvious statement from a guy who's sweated it out in as many beer halls as I have...but Gattis pushed me harder on my writing than I'd ever been challenged before," says Bowen. "Each morning, he and I got to the studio hours before the band to write, so the album's sound was unfolding organically as we were recording it which unified the mood and grit of the whole thing." “I went to college in Lubbock, TX, and every September we used to drive all the way from Lubbock down to south Texas … to the Frio River, down to Del Rio and cross the border to Acuña,” Wade says. “This is kind where all that came from, talking about my roots. This is my glory days song I guess, with a different twist.”

Is there still no info on LANco's debut album? Ok wow at how many solo writing credits Brandon Lancaster has for this album. I'm actually kind of excited to hear this album as so far I've liked what I've heard from these guys.
