Garth Brooks' The Ultimate Collection should appear on the charts this week, being it's the fifth week of release. And probably why the charts are delayed. HITS has the final numbers Friday afternoon. It's now Monday morning and nothing from Billboard.

Aside from better stocking, Dion's album - which contained a hit at the time of release - doesn't have a big annual recurrent hit, so that also could boost its sales, whereas track sales for AIWFCIY could cut into album sales a little bit.

Celine's holiday album has been selling better than usual this year, no? Celine is better stocked at mass merchants this year than Mariah. Mariah is selling more digital albums than Celine. Celine was 11.4k last week. Mariah was 9.3k. I wasn't meaning in relation to Mariah, I was meaning in general. I don't remember it being this high position-wise the last few years, but maybe I am remembering incorrectly?

I saw Celine's CD on sale for $5.99 at Target tonight, so maybe that's helping since it seems to be the physical sales that are going so well.
