Pulse has chosen "Imma Be" as the most forgotten #1 hit of 2010 and "Hold It Against Me" to the same title for 2011. What about 2012?

I'd say "Part of Me".

One More Night's entire legacy is as the song that blocked Gangnam Style. It's remembered for how forgettable it is.

Part of Me still gets a considerable amount of airplay for being as old as it is. Definitely Whistle. Wild Onds and even Good Feeling are more remembered despite peaking lower

I think "Part Of Me" is definitely the most forgotten. However, as a big Katy fan that's definitely not true for me. My pick would be "Whistle".
I'm surprised only one poster picked WANEGBT.

Part of Me gets decent recurrent play, so Whistle is the correct answer here.

Whistle is probably more forgotten then it, but IMO SFTTR is close and I'm surprised it barely has any votes.

I voted "Whistle". Even at the time, it was just kind of "there", a piece of radio fodder that basically just came and went and I've hardly heard or thought much about since. I've heard "Part of Me" more since then, even if it's less remembered than most of Katy's many other big hits.

"Whistle." I love it, but it's just a cute song that was a hit, did it's job, and then disappeared. "Part of Me" is probably second.
The rest fall far behind those with "One More Night" an easy third place.
I'm inclined to say "Sexy and I Know It" will is fourth and will only be remembered because its lyrics are perfect for those Minion memes that Britney Spearswine moms love to share.
Next is probably "Stronger," but it still gets quite a bit recurrent play on hot AC and is like a staple in every grocery/department store, so then again, maybe not.

"Whistle" and "Part of Me," as I almost never hear them anymore.
In contrast, "Stronger," "We Are Young," "Locked Out of Heaven," "One More Night," "Diamonds," and "Somebody That I Used To Know" get fairly strong recurrent play on my station. In fact, I heard all of these songs within the past week.
