Everything the Dixie Chicks touch turns to gold. They're just so amazing and so great. Also let me just say this "I Can Love You Better" isn't even in my Top 10 and I love it to pieces. Literally anything in my Top like 30 could win and I'll be satisfied. |

I think the Top 5 will be Not Ready to Make Nice Goodbye Earl Without You or You Were Mine Traveling Soldier or Long Time Gone Cowboy Take Me Away I think "I Can Love You Better" could get Top 10, but beyond that I have massive doubts. I suppose it's possible but I have a feeling that there isn't a ton of passion for "I Can Love You Better" |

I'm obviously in the minority in my dislike of "I Can Love You Better". I remember when that song first came out it was a station changer for me. Still don't care for it at all

I enjoyed I Can Love You Better. I liked There's Your Trouble more but those two as the first two singles from the album was enough for me to get the album - and I rarely ever bought country music back then. Wide Open Spaces and You Were Mine both slay me still and Tonight The Heartache's On Me, ugh! 5 solid classics!

Also .indulgecountry and raylatch, you have touched on why I have absolutely no idea what to expect from this rankdown. Like 95% of these songs are so good, that people could claim to love them and still end up ranking them in their bottom-10. Like if everyone loves "I Can Love You Better", but only ranks it in the bottom half of the list, it will still not finish very well despite everyone loving it. And that is what is going to happen to so many of these songs! |

I guarantee I'll be the highest rank for it, lol. I'm not saying where I ranked I Can Love You Better, but it definitely is far, far away from the bottom. ;) But, yeah, like I said earlier, I grew up with Wide Open Spaces. My dad had it and played it like crazy in his truck. One of the first albums I remember listening to and loving (along with Robyn Is Here and The Woman In Me). Literally every track from it in this rankdown made my top ten! |

Lol I remember when Amy Adams (no, not that Amy Adams, but an Amy Adams 99% of you would never recall) sang this on season 3 of Idol and had to change "mattress dancin'" to "crazy dancin'" ("that's right, I said CRAZY dancin'"). So scandalous, those Chicks were! But by season 4 it was deemed ok for Carrie to say mattress. Someone joked it was b/c Carrie was so virginal that mattress dancing coming from her sounded like kids jumping on the bed. lol! I'm screaming! |

"Roly Poly" definitely seemed like one of the weaker songs, and would expect it to be out sooner rather than later.
3. What will have the highest & lowest standard deviation?
RP for lowest, highest is perhaps something like "white trash wedding".
4. Which non-single do you think will be the highest?
Have literally no idea which were non-singles!

As a Bob Wills & the Texas Playboys fan, I OBJECT... DCX cover of this old tune is stellar! It's cute and I love the instrumentation, but when put up against most of the songs in this rankdown, I just couldn't justify ranking it any higher than I did - which sadly wasn't that high lol. I could see this being your #1 though  It's not my #1....That's Wide Open Spaces...but it does place high.
