#20. Mirrors, Justin Timberlake Points: 1450 | average rank: 34.571 | median rank: 37 | st. dev.: 21.525 Blocked by: Can't Hold Us, Macklemore and Ryan Lewis (1 week)
The hint for this was obvious and a red herring at the same time - I was quoting Reflection by Christina Aguilera as a clue for the song title, but Christina herself is also on this rankdown and still yet to be revealed so I figured at least one person might mistakenly think Beautiful was what was being hinted at here. I care not one way or the other about Mirrors so I have nothing interesting to say about it, lol.

#19. f**kin' Perfect, P!nk Points: 1459 | average rank: 34.314 | median rank: 41 | st. dev.: 17.149 Blocked by: Grenade, Bruno Mars (1 week)
Not Survivor - Beyonce isn't the only iconic Virgo in this rankdown! I figure, it makes sense that a Virgo's idea of trying to cheer you up is by telling you that you're perfect just the way you are. But it's P!nk so of course she has to be a little more foul-mouthed about it than your average Virgo.

Ok now it's Survivor lol. There's a Pulse Survivor game running currently, hence the clue.

#17. The Reason, Hoobastank Points: 1471 | average rank: 33.971 | median rank: 34 | st. dev.: 22.063 Blocked by: Burn, Usher (1 week)
This song has the highest standard deviation in the rankdown and the reason is YOU! /corny hint is corny/ This is one of only two songs in the rankdown to have both a first place and at least one last place rank. Not only that but one of those last place ranks was from someone who actually used all his free picks and the other two came pretty close to using all of theirs, so these guys really meant for this song to get the least points possible lol. Somehow it found its way into the top 20 anyway.

#16. Work It, Missy Elliott Points: 1487 | average rank: 33.514 | median rank: 30 | st. dev.: 17.991 Blocked by: Lose Yourself, Eminem (10 weeks)
Our final song to miss the top 15 is most notable for its use of backmasking, just like the songs mentioned in my earlier hint. Thankfully for Missy there weren't mass accusations of Satanic brainwashing or Congressional meetings held about music censorship and parental advisory warnings when she did it.

Oh, also, the second-largest gap in the rankdown occurs between songs 5 and 6, with 125 points (the largest gap was 127 points between Without Me and This Ain't a Scene), and the third-largest gap happens between songs 3 and 4 with 112 points. Very definitive breaks between the leaders and the rest of the pack happening at the top.

My number 1 is still in, and it's widely regarded as one of the greatest songs of all time, so to say I'd be disappointed if it wasn't top 3 would be an understatement.

- What songs are you most surprised to see make the top 15? What songs are you most surprised to see fall short? I'm surprised "Airplanes" managed to survive. I like the song but I didn't think it would get this far especially ahead of songs like "Survivor".
- What five songs do you guys think will miss the top 10? Airplanes, Ignition, Need You Now, You're Still the One, Take Me To Church
- What do you think will be #1? "Bad Romance" or "Complicated" with "Since U Been Gone" having an outside shot.

Very definitive breaks between the leaders and the rest of the pack happening at the top. The top 3 will be Bad Romance, Beautiful and Since U Been Gone - POSSIBLY in that order. I'd be more confident saying Kelly is #1 than guessing either Gaga or Christina in either 2 or 3. #4 might be Ignition, possibly Green Day but I lean away from that guess, maybe Shania or Apologize around there somewhere too. Those are all probably the top 7.

- What songs are you most surprised to see make the top 15? What songs are you most surprised to see fall short? I'm surprised but happy that "Ignition (Remix)" made it. I am also surprised that "The Reason" missed it.
- What five songs do you guys think will miss the top 10? "Ignition (Remix)", "Need You Now", "Airplanes", "You're Still the One", "Take Me To Church"
- What do you think will be #1? I'm going to go against the crowd and say "Boulevard of Broken Dreams" is my best guess.

23. You Make Me Wanna - It's a good song but I'm not a big fan of this kind of music. 22. All I Wanna Do - I'm surprised it made the Top 25, it's a decent song though. 21. Problem - There goes my first Top 5 :/ I was hoping it could make Top 20. Was one my favorites hits of 2015. 20. Mirrors - I'm surprised it didn't go further, as it placed very high on the 2013 YE Rankdown. It's a good song but nothing amazing imo. 19. Fuckin' Perfect - One of my favorites Pink singles, even though it's a kind of sellout. Pretty much rank where it should've been. 18. Survivor - One of the better older songs. I'm okay with it placing in the Top 20. 17. The Reason - It's a decent song, surprised to see that 2 rock posters ranked this last. 16. Work It - Fun song. I don't have much to say about it.
Remaining ranks for me: #1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 9, 14, 19, 20, 23, 26, 28, 32, 37.
- What songs are you most surprised to see make the top 15? What songs are you most surprised to see fall short? I'm surprised the most that Ignition & Airplanes made the Top 15 (Not complaining about both) and that Mirrors missed it. - What five songs do you guys think will miss the top 10? Airplanes, Ignition, Need You Now, Take Me to Church & You're Still the One. - What do you think will be #1? I can see Boulevard Of Broken Dreams winning it all, and I really hope it will.

#30. All That She Wants, Ace of Base
I don't remember ranking it that high, but it's a classic and it should've been top 15 at least.

What songs are you most surprised to see make the top 15? What songs are you most surprised to see fall short? In terms of the former, "Stressed Out" and "Ignition". Both are alright, but I wouldn't have expected them to get this far. As far as the latter is concerned...eh, not a lot of surprises in that regard.
What five songs do you guys think will miss the top 10? Ignition, Airplanes, Stressed Out, You're Still the One...*sigh* and Need You Now.
What do you think will be #1? It'll be either Bad Romance or Lights, if I had to guess. SUBG as a dark horse.

Live by the condomless sword, die by the condomless sword, I guess. This **** has built an entire career on triflingness and thotting around, starting with this here ode to cheating with his girl's bestie; now his trifling cheating with one of his (now ex) girl's besties may be the thing that ends said career. It's not a good week to be an Usher fan y'all :( compounded by the fact that people have been trying to play this man's career week for about five years straight now. These so-called music fans out here are trying to set up his 20+ year career for a future episode of Unsung or some s**t. But for some reason I'm still holding on to a sliver of hope that he can one day pull himself, his moral compass, and his image together long enough to make people eventually recognize his career for what it always has been, iconic. In the meantime y'all make sure you're wrapping it up before getting it down! Mmmm I got lost with this message I guess there's some Usher news that I should be reading about, and use some Google translation at the same time :)

Mmmm I got lost with this message I guess there's some Usher news that I should be reading about, and use some Google translation at the same time :) Ooh girl you gotta go to his thread and catch up. Usher settled a lawsuit in 2012 for telling a woman that he was 'clean' but then giving her herpes. Someone got a hold of the court documents and leaked them to a gossip site a few days ago and people have been having a field day with it.

Wow you're doing this really fast lol. Sad that Airplanes missed Top 10, such a great hook. I'm happy it made it this far though. Every time I try to sit up straight my head spins and I know if I stop to rest I probably won't come back to get this done lol. I'm just trying to power through. I was actually really surprised to see Airplanes make it this far, I figured it would go out in the 30s or something. also shoutout to you, chartfanatic, and fearlessarrow for guessing 4/5 of the songs that would leave before top 10! You all got tripped up on Stressed Out (understandably so, that was a bit of a surprise to me).
