I love it! It's grown on me after a few listens.

She performed 10 of the 12 songs from the main album earlier tonight. Some video clips are on Twitter.
She also performed Breathe and Put Yourself In My Place for the first time in years.

Mmm, I love that she comes around to her old material with time.
Like when she went on about "What Kind of Fool" in an interview a few years ago.
EDIT: also I apparently have listened to Dancing at least 60 times according to Google Play Music :o

Raining Glitter is out at Midnight tonight. It's my least favorite from what we've heard but I still enjoy it. Really excited for the album.

Cool. From the clip, it sounds like it'll be a fun song. I guess I'll be waiting till then...

These are all terribly boring. What is she thinking?

It's pretty, but yeah, it's a little boring. Maybe it'll grow on me.

Not boring at all, IMO. This is lovely. Ambient, soothing, melodic... just beautiful.

Loving the album on the first listen. The only songs I'm not liking on the first listen are Live A Little and Low Blow. Listening to Sincerely Yours for the first time was a moment.
Lost Without You is amazing! Such a great song.

I’d put this on par with her last few albums (which means I’ll be hammering it for the next few months).
“Lost Without You” is the one.

There's cohesiveness and then there's this. My God, I couldn't tell one track from the next. This album is a snoozefest. Hands down one of her worst in my book. To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement. I don't know, this sonic direction for her didn't work IMO. And to think it spread throughout the whole album... Frankly, I would've preferred more discopop from her, even if it resulted in 90% of the album sounding the same. I love Kylie, she's one of my all time favorite pop girls, but this collection of songs...argh...
Anyway, highlights for me were "Lost Without You" and "Sincerely Yours". The three already released songs are good too, with "Raining Glitter" being my favorite.

Lost Without You should really be a single, I wouldn't mind it being the last single from the album. It could really be a great bridge to the next album Kylie releases if she goes back to a pure pop album.

Did the album already get released, or is it just a leak?

The more I listen to this album, the more I like it. It seems like the perfect album to listen to at night. L.O.V.E. is a stunner. It might be my favorite song so far.
And I take back what I said about Music's Too Sad Without You. It's sublime.
edit//Actually, I change my mind about L.O.V.E. I'm not sure why I said that, lol. I think the stretch from Shelby 68 through Lost Without you is my favorite.

Can't tell any of the tracks apart. Trixie Mattel's influence is real.

Low Blow on the other hand was deleted after my second listen.

Yeah, the production really holds this album back. I feel like the songs are there though. Plenty of catchy choruses, melodies, vocally she's fine and this is probably her best written album since I don't know when. But so many of these songs bleed together, it becomes suffocating and plods along to the finish (16 tracks is way too many). I'm imagining Kylie walking into the studio doing her best Oprah impression "YOU GET AVICII, YOU GET AVICII, WE ALL GET AVICIIIIIIII!!!!!!" That production trick is tired and done, I think she either needed to go full on pop with some of these songs or full on acoustic. And is it just me, or are the songs produced by Sky Adams slightly off? Some of them have this weird vocal compression thing going on.
"Dancing," "ALTR," "Shelby 68," "LAL," "Raining Glitter," and "MTSWY" are my immediate favorites. I'll have to see if it opens up more with repeated listens because the songs aren't bad, they just need to be remixed or tweaked.

Surprise surprise - reviews from critics are at odds with pulse members.

^^ which I find odd, as it's not a great album. It's fine. The majority of tracks use the same twang verse-hand clap bridge-country dance chorus tricks which get a bit tired after a while.
Some nice moments, but certainly not one of her more engaging albums.

The bones of these songs are all super strong though. All well written and catchy. And it's mature and classy, which is refreshing. And she sounds so at ease and comfortable on this album, it's her most personal since IP without a doubt. Not surprised critics are being positive.
But when it comes to the production... well, I said what I said. This album could have been so much better with some tweaks and more variety.

It kind of sucks that there's another group of songs that'll probably never get released. It would be awesome if she released those alongside with Golden as some kind of dual album or something, but I guess that would be very unlikely.
