Judge Jerrod and the Hung Jury: Love it. Free the Music: GREAT freaking music. High Noon: Some bro country involved, but still pretty good. Blue Bandana: Absolute #1 favorite single of his This Ride: This sucks..
Comeback is the standout by a mile. Ain't All There w/ Diamond Rio is good. God Made a Woman, I Got This, Little More Love, But I Do, This Ride are mediocre to decent. Everything else sounds like FGL throwaways.
This guys music used to be SO ORIGINAL. I frequently listen to the Free The Music album, and it still feels new because of how original his sound was. I couldn't compare a single album to it, sound wise. Jerrod is a talented guy, but he's the epitome of a sellout.
His radio careers been over for a year at least. If you're gonna keep making music, why not just stick to your roots at this point? Nothing to lose

^ phil1996 his radio career pretty much ended in 2014 the minute "Donkey" was released. All of his singles since then have peaked below Top 30 except for "A Little More Love" which barely got into the 20s, and none of them sold well at all. I haven't listened to this album (and probably never will because he's never been my cup of tea, whether it was the bro-country pandering or the more "quality" stuff that Pulse seemed to enjoy), but he seems like he's been all over the place with his musical identity, just judging by his singles.
