Is this the week ending December 2nd? Cause if it is, then she'll miss a #1 finish on the 2017 year end start. However, she'll have a head start for 2018 and she'll probably finish at #1 unless Adele comes and just poops on 'reputation''s sales total within a day after its release lol girl Adele likely won't release another album for at least 3 more years. Tay's fine.

^ what makes you guys so sure she won't release for another 2-3 years? no one knows for sure. she's only released 3 albums, with 3 and 4 year gaps in between, so next year is entirely possible.

I was joking, y'all should chill. I don't live under a rock lol. I'm just saying that Adele is the only musician with bigger hype and sales than Taylor.

She wanted those late week sales. Today's the last day of the tracking week so she should get a small boost from this.

I got like 4 different emails about this from different sources today, but it looks like this will be the first album from her I won't buy in almost a decade.

Wow so Walk The Moon not even in the top 20?! It's depressing how none of their new singles have so much as dented. Not even the bubbling hot 100 as far as I know.

Hmmm too bad about the Target sale, I'm assuming it's over now. I was hoping it would be on sale at iTunes too, but that would be over now as well. Unless they resume the sales sometime next week to avoid as harsh a second-week drop as possible. Of course going into black friday week they might have stuff cheap as well. Of course the ultimate dream would be if it were on streaming as soon as possible, but honestly if the album continues to sell, that might not happen until after the new year.

Last time I checked on the Target website (which was like half an hour ago) it was still $13... Idk about time zones and stuff though.

The Rest of Our Life, the married couple’s first album together, is #2 at iTunes, one slot ahead of the fourth album by Chase Rice, Lambs & Lions (Dack Janiels/Broken Bow). Sia’s holiday record of all originals, Everyday is Christmas (Monkey Puzzle/Atlantic) unwraps at #3 with Morissey’s Low in High School (BMG) right behind it. Jeremy Riddle’s More (Bethel) flies in at #6. Catch These Vibes from Philadelphia rapper-singer PnB Rock is #7 at iTunes and #8 at Apple Music, making the Atlantic release the top debut on the streaming service. Cyhi the Prynce’s No Dope on Sundays (Red) sparks up at #8. New albums from Barenaked Ladies, Bob Seger and Moneybagg Yo & YoungBoy Never Broke Again land between #11 and #20 as does A Tribute to Dan Fogelberg featuring Garth Brooks, Eagles and Michael McDonald. Would be the same as 1989! It might even be a slightly bigger opening than 1989 since 1989 sold 1.287 million on its first week (and thus rounds up to 1.29 million)!

Her label was overzealous AF with their estimates "2 million!" "1.75 million!" "1.5 million!" "1.4 million!" "1.35 million!" Scott Borchetta: " SOMEBODY FIRE THAT JACKASS!" Still a great showing but damn.

I didn't realize the 1.29 was SPS! At least her numbers came close to that of 1989. It's kind of impressive that at this stage in her career this is the first time her first-week sales of studio albums dipped from the previous album. Not to mention that 1.29 million SPS is still pretty darn impressive.
