This is one of those songs that I think is alright, but it doesn't really affect me either way.

I definitely prefer many of their other songs (actually probably all previous singles).

i find this one better then the horrible song they recorded for "The Matrix" then again, it isn't a fantabulous song...

I didn't think this song was real impressive and it kind of makes me wonder what's going to happen with all these nu-metal bands when they go for their third albums. They all broke through with a harder-edged sound on their first, and made it more commercial in an effort to "exhibit growth" (i.e. jack up sales) on the second. From the sounds of this song, P.O.D. don't really have anywhere new to go without blowing off their fan base. Not that nu-metal wasn't already dying, but it makes me wonder where bands like Disturbed and Godsmack will go from here.

I made an error in decision to add it to my playlist. This song is crap! Yesterday I was lifting weight while listening to this and it was just terrible. The music and the hook just don't corelate at all. Listening to this song is just like having a weak cup of coffee in the morning.

I think its pretty good, but it doesn't seem like a lot of thought was put into it.

LOL, apparently Atlantic is trying to push this at pop. It's listed on the R&R site as going for adds next week. It's destined to flop.
I also agree that this is one of their worst singles.

POD has been around since before 1994. They've put out about five albums, not including EP's and live albums.

I was gonna say that, but never did.
BTW, I think that this is a lot better than "Sleeping Awake" (appropriately titled) and "Boom", which were lackluster. This one gets things done right, while it may not be as good as "Sattelite".

I don't know if they had success before then, but "The Fundamental Elements Of Southtown" was their first album to make the Top 100. They would have been one of the first artists to get Heatseeker Impact (the Heatseeker chart started in 1999). That was back when CDNow had the Top 10 Christian Albums which P.O.D. was on. Since 1999, I don't remembers seeing any P.O.D. EPs or live albums charting. "Alive" made the CHR-Pop chart without being poppy, so maybe this will also.

Basically, he's counting these bands' breakthrough albums as their first. I'm liking this more and more each time I hear it. I could do with out all the screaming "will yow"s at the end, though. (That's not a typo.) Sadly, only half of Satellite was good, so I don't expect to wanna run out and buy this.

Yeah, I agree about the part at the ending being somewhat irksome, but I don't think that anyone who's heard it would mistake that as a typo, as it's said very clearly in the song.

I didn't care for Satellite much at all. I bought the album the week it came out, and I swear, I believe I've only listened to it about four or five times since then.
I do, however, like their new self-titled album a lot better than Satellite, but it's still not as good as Brown or Southtown.

I actually like the screaming Will You's at the end hehe. But I'm not all that crazy about the song. I liked Alive and Southtown a lot more. It looks like it might be on its way down while RHCP and Hoobastank are gaining ground on them in radio play.
