I just calculated the estimated real points for all the #1s of the "Streaming Era" (since Billboard added YouTube to its charts on March 2, 2013). Formulas (thanks to Ride$ and Daniel Collins):March 2, 2013 - November 30, 2013: sales/12 + airplay/9,000 + streams/490 ---> 0.9765 multiplierDecember 7, 2013 - November 29, 2014: sales/12 + airplay/9,000 + streams/600 ---> 1.0662 multiplierDecember 6, 2014 - February 6, 2016: sales/11 + airplay/9,000 + streams/850 ---> 0.9841 multiplierFebruary 13, 2016 - February 4, 2017: sales/9 + airplay/9,000 + streams/1,200 ---> 1.1466 multiplierFebruary 11, 2017 - July 7, 2018: sales/7,2 + airplay/8,400 + streams/1,625 ---> 1.0000 multiplier
I didn't try to separate on-demand/YouTube streams and programmed streams because it's impossible to do this for 2013-2016. Multipliers:I tried to balance the points because some formulas had lower points (2016 formula) due to Billboard's formula decreasing streams harder than increasing sales and vice-versa (2015 formula). The multiplier for each year is equal to the formula's median #1 compared to 2017/2018's median #1. Example: 2017/2018 median #1 is 56,199 points - 2013 median #1 is 57,552 ---> 56,199/57,552 = 0.9765 multiplier for 2013. What is a median number? en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Median

Strongest 1st week at #1: Harlem Shake Strongest 2nd week at #1: Harlem Shake Strongest 3rd week at #1: Harlem Shake Strongest 4th week at #1: Harlem Shake Strongest 5th week at #1: God's Plan Strongest 6th week at #1: Despacito Strongest 7th week at #1: Despacito Strongest 8th week at #1: Despacito Strongest 9th week at #1: Despacito Strongest 10th week at #1: Despacito Strongest 11th week at #1: Despacito Strongest 12th week at #1: Despacito Strongest 13th week at #1: Despacito Strongest 14th week at #1: Despacito
Despacito wasn't one of the highest peaking #1s but the way it held with a huge amount of points is unmatched this decade. Amazing run at #1 (it fell pretty hard after leaving the top, tho).

Harlem Shake deserves an asterisk. It was literally 100 million streams of 30 seconds or less of it. Such a stupid rule. If you only stream 30 seconds of a song it shouldn’t count as a full stream.

Harlem Shake deserves an asterisk. It was literally 100 million streams of 30 seconds or less of it. Such a stupid rule. If you only stream 30 seconds of a song it shouldn’t count as a full stream. Maybe 95 million streams. I think some people did legitimately listen to the song in full (I know I did). That's just being pedantic though. I think its chart success was over-represented though. I could understand it being #1 in the first couple of weeks because it really was a huge thing, but the trend died down so quickly, and I was perplexed at the time when it was apparently getting half the streams in its 4th week that it was getting in the 1st week even though in the first week everybody was talking about it and in the 4th week I heard practically nothing about it. Maybe dividing the streams by 3 would be more accurate, but that raises a whole load of other questions, and probably makes gathering the data more difficult as well (auto-detecting songs and counting views each week by country is one thing, but calculating the length of the video, or the length that the audio is used in the video is another thing. The technology is probably there (maybe even in 2013), but I imagine there would be complications). I'm not sure if anybody remembers, but it was obvious Billboard weren't planning to add Youtube so early. They obviously had plans for adding Youtube because they suspiciously created a new "Streaming Songs" chart, which was almost identical to the On-Demand chart at the time (obviously they had something more planned for it, and now we know that it was Youtube), and I know I can't prove this, but I'm pretty sure they were planning on adding Youtube in perhaps April or May, and were just doing the test charts at the time (which they did before adding On-Demand Streaming in 2012 as well), but when Harlem Shake happened they rushed released the addition of Youtube, I think they didn't want another Gangnam Style situation where it missed #1 when it was undoubtedly the biggest song at the time. Had it been a "normal" week I think we would have had to wait a few more weeks/months before we got Youtube added. My theory is basically that they knew they had to change their formula because Gangnam Style should have obviously been at #1 for at least part of One More Night's run. So they spent a while working on including Youtube. They were running test charts, launched the Streaming Songs chart in preparation, ready to add Youtube in April or May or whenever they were confident, and then another viral hit blew up and they probably figured their test charts seem to be working anyway so they may as well just add Youtube to the real Hot 100 right away to capture Harlem Shake so that they don't get another round of backlash like with Gangnam Style getting blocked by One More Night a few months before. I remember even Adam from Maroon 5 seemed a bit upset that he was blocking Gangnam Style lol. And thanks fhas, this information is amazing!

Update for In My Feelings! Interesting fact: SAD! is the only #1 in streaming era history never to reach 40k points I will update next month probably. I need to compare the new formula with the old one to know how if its points are lower/higher and In My Feelings is so huge that it's not easy to compare. SAD: that's interesting, but YouTube not counting its streams when the official video was released probably is the reason why it never reached 40k.

wondering where I Like It's, SAD!'s, IMF's weeks would be on this list SAD! and I Like It were very weak, maybe bottom 10 for both. In My Feelings will be all over the ranking, because it's the first song of the streaming era with at least a week at #1 in the 80k, 70k, 60k, 50k, 40k and 30k range of points (maybe even 90k).
