The only chart that won't be a mess will be the Youtube chart ... oh wait, it is already a mess on its own.

Drake's going to have over a quarter of the Hot 100. Even in the streaming era that's insane.

If the 10 million hourly streams is accurate that's over 200M day 1, from juts Spotify. That's incredible

Drake occupies the entire top 25 on Apple Music. If you want another laugh at his dominance this week, his label just updated his single certifications: www.riaa.com/gold-platinum/He is now the top certified RIAA Singles Artist ever.

It's gonna be a bloodbath for the bottom half of the top 50. Havana, New Rules, Heaven, Wait, Whatever It Takes, and maybe Rockstar going recurrent.
Also one would think this will finally be his peak on the charts..

Drake's going to have over a quarter of the Hot 100. Even in the streaming era that's insane. With all other songs that are not on the album, I count 29 Hot 100 entries in two weeks.

Drake's 'Scorpion' Sparks 3 Million Tweets in 24 Hours, According to Twitter
News
By Connor Whittum | June 29, 2018 2:44 PM EDT
It's safe to say that most people have an opinion about Drake's new album Scorpion, and according to Twitter, they are putting those opinions to use on the social media platform.
Twitter reports that in the past 24 hours, Drake has been tweeted about more than 3 million times. The double-disc album has been generating substantial buzz due to Drake's revealing of a speculated secret child, his response to a highly publicized feud with fellow rapper Pusha T, and a feature on the album from Michael Jackson.
The most tweeted-about tracks:
1. "Emotionless" (Side A) 2. "In My Feelings" (Side B) 3. "8 Out of 10" (Side A) 4. "Jaded" (Side B) 5. "That's How You Feel" (Side B)
Interestingly enough, there have been three times more tweets about the second half of the album, Side B, than the first half. Side B notably features the soul-bearing tracks "In My Feelings" and the Michael Jackson-assisted "Don't Matter to Me."
Check out a glimpse of some of the Twitter madness below:
I knew Drake had a kid but I can’t believe Drake really has a kid.

Check Out the Full Credits to Drake's 'Scorpion' Album
News
By Alessandra Rincón | June 29, 2018 2:55 PM EDT
Drake finally released his highly anticipated and already certified platinum album Scorpion on Friday (June 29). After dropping No. 1 singles and elaborate music videos, sharing strategic and mysterious media posts, and getting into a rap beef with Pusha T, the Toronto rapper came through with his fifth studio album, and first double-album.
Within the hour-and-a-half run time, Drake clears the air about his son and his dating life and even hints that his deal with Cash Money Records might be coming to a close after this album.
Even with his longest project to date, Drake made sure not to shortchange his collaborators and gave credit to each and every person who contributed to the 25-track project. Scorpion has quite the roster of features, including JAY-Z, Nicki Minaj , Future, Ty Dolla $ign, Static Major and even The King of Pop himself, Michael Jackson.

If that 10 million/hour number is correct... Yikes. King Drake coming through to block everyones faves. Listening to the album in full for the first time now, and I gotta say "I'm Upset" isn't as bad as it was after my first 2-3 listens.

Records Drake will probably break on Hot 100:
Most Top 10 Debuts Taylor Swift is record holder with 14. Drake has 12.
Most Top 40 singles Elvis #1 - 80. Drake has 74.
OTHERS:
Most Hot 100 entries - Glee has 207. Drake currently has 165. He won't break this but will add another 22 titles to this list (excluded the 3 that already premiered)
The Beatles held the entire Top 5 of the Hot 100. Could Drake do that??

I hope Drake can control the entire top 5, those hot 100 threads will be locked for the whole week.

Beatles with 9 in 1964 Drake already has 6 this year

If Nice For What is #1 next week: first song ever with four stints at #1 (1-1-1-1-2-2-1-1-2-1-3-?-1) If God's Plan is #1 next week: biggest gap between weeks at #1 for a song in one chart run (Wrecking Ball holds the record with 9 weeks between its 2nd and 3rd week at the top)

Would be interesting to see Drake occupying the whole top ten just to see if Billboard will finally change their rules (what UK did after the infamous Ed Sheeran dominance)

Top 23 is all Drake. Nonstop debuts with a record breaking 5.7 million streams. Only 3 songs debuted with less than 2 million streams. I'm sticking with 7 top tens.

"The song features posthumous vocals from Michael Jackson, taken from part of an unreleased but recorded 1983 session between Jackson and Canadian singer-songwriter Paul Anka."
Okay that makes sense now.
