Has anyone heard this yet? I haven't, but I consider it damn impressive that alternative is actually playing his song enough for it to be in N&A.... Although I may still be yelling at the format for ignoring R.E.M.

Yeah, I've been hearing this for about a month now. Another song to root for to hit the chart, although, like REM, that should go without saying.

I hate to say something potentially prejudicial, (which is why I'll beige this out for those who may not want to read it) but the fact that Sum 41 is on this song certainly helps it out
I think the song is decent. A tad annoying, though, but still decent.

Now why did Iggy have to go and do this?
This is the same man who inspired many of today's bands with the brilliant Stooges and once again with his brilliant solo career...and now he is recording insanely catchy pop songs with Sum 41? I think I am going to throw up...

3 cheers for Iggy Pop. The fact that Sum 41 contribute isn't that big of a deal to me. Sum 41 are capable of good songs, so I'm just stoked that I'll probably be seeing "Iggy Pop" on the Alternative chart.
I've actually heard this song twice. Once last weekend, the other the weekend before that. (Yeah, I went home to Missouri two weeks in a row.) But the first time I had no idea what it was until it was ID'd at the end, and even the second time, I either couldn't pay 100% attention or I forgot.

What ever became of those Robert Smith / Blink 182 collaboration rumors? The Cure's career could use a little kickstarting too.
