So I don't know how many of you know of a site called americanradiohistory.com but it's a great resource for looking for old charts from yesteryear. I noticed a few trades on the site that otherwise I can't find anything on. The one that stood out for me the most was something called Network 40, which apparently beat R&R to the punch by being the actual creators of PPW (and they were no friends of R&R, basically every editorial was just them shitting on R&R in some way). Apparently later on they started using Mediabase and got bought out by the same company that bought Billboard? Then there's FMQB, which isn't really obscure but it's something I wish they had more of because it had the most add/playlist data out of all the trades I've seen. Like it had the data from the local alternative station we had in Binghamton a long time ago, their playlist was way more eclectic than I remember it being. I regret not having enough money/not being quick enough since there was a guy on eBay a few years ago with a ton of these available and now they're all gone. I'd definitely want to know where I can find more of these, that site needs some major gaps filled in!
Apologies if this isn't the right forum but it seemed like the best fit.
