This is the type of song that radio loves hearing from Brad so I do expect it to do a little better than "Bucked Off" but at this point radio could also be done with him. Hard to say.
Honestly this is a perfect mix of his modern sound and the sound from his first album. Sounds great. Good to see that after a few of his songs struggled, he isn't chasing trends.

Most of his songs seem to either be witty uptempos with some quirky hook like "Bucked Off" or some lovey dovey ballad about his wife like this one, so I guess it makes sense for him to pivot back in this direction following his last single flopping. That said, I think radio is done with him and I expect this one to struggle to do much either. Hoping they'll just release his next album soon regardless of how this does.

This situation kinda feels like "Without A Fight"/"Today" with "Bucked Off"/"My Miracle". Looks like Brad is going to kind of do the same sort of social media push with "My Miracle" as he did with "Today" as well. I really like the song, it sounds lovely and the lyrics are solid. I think this could be a Top 10 for Brad if "Heaven South" and "Bucked Off" didn't zap all the juice out of his radio career (and I will hold on to that hope for a couple more singles no matter what because I love Brad).

This isn't bad. I was expecting something sappy and unoriginal about this, but it somehow manages to still feel fresh. Maybe he can ride this into the 20s.

Radio never really gave up on his lovey dovey ballads (see "Today" and "Perfect Storm"). It's the witty/quirky uptempos that radio stopped spinning. Whereas in his heyday he could send borderline novelty songs to #1 with ease ("Online", "I'm Still a Guy", "Ticks", "Alcohol", etc) somewhere along the way radio lost interest.

Not completely in love with it lyrically, but I like the melody and production. I also find it very vocally pleasing. I'm very curious to see how this ends up doing.

This is the kind of song that I like coming from Brad Paisley. Hopefully it will do quite a bit better than "Bucked Off"

I preferred "Bucked Off" mainly because it sounded more unique in Brad's discography, unlike "My Miracle" which falls firmly in his lovey-dovey ballads. I still like this, but I don't see it doing much.

It saddens me that country radio was quick to dump Brad once his success started declining. He has achieved a lot in his career, but maybe he can have a Garth/Alan Jackson/George Strait career resurgence.

lyric video was released this morning. There's some great stuff going in the video, like the moment and the pictures with his wife, but it's still a lyric video that feels... cheap. Hopefully they will release a great music video because this song really deserves it, but it looks like they don't want to give him a big budget anymore.

unrelated to the song but Brad wrote a walkup song for Justin Turner called Covered in Gatorade.

Ugh, it’s depressing to see that country radio was so quick to drop Brad. He isn’t even that old compared to current A-listers (46 years old) yet he’s leaving the airwaves in the company of artists in their 50s. Of course, country radio can’t take all of the blame, since the poor performance of Wheelhouse probably shaved about 5 years off of his career, but many artists have had middling albums (in terms of commercial success) including Tim McGraw in the late 2000s and Kenny Chesney with his albums since Welcome to the Fishbowl (excluding The Big Revival). Anyway, my point is that Brad has so many years ahead of him and radio is making a mistake by dropping him so soon.

Up 8 spots to 49 on BB in 2nd week. Obviously early, but this is encouraging.

Looks like this song is sadly dead as the song has lost over a hundred spins since last Wednesday and is down 3 spots to #47 on Mediabase and is without a bullet. If it stays without a bullet, it will go recurrent this Sunday PM on Mediabase :(. I wonder what the game plan now for Brad is with Arista/Sony Music? Will they drop him or try one more single with him? I don't see an album anytime soon as this song has not done well (peaked at #44 on Billboard Country Airplay).

At this point it's obvious that Brad Paisley's done having hits at country radio, so I hope Arista realizes that and just lets him release the album soon anyway without a hit, or if they let him go, that he can land somewhere else soon that'll let him put his next project out. He's definitely making the transition to legacy act.

He's definitely making the transition to legacy act. This makes me feel old. I recall very well mid 2000s when Brad was untouchable. Along with likes of Rascal Flatts and Toby Keith etc. it seems like yesterday. I hope he can continue to churn out albums every 2-3 years.
