Thanks for bumping this thread! :) As I said in the thread I opened, I'm mostly a newbie in this forum, but trying to catch up with some good dance music. This is my comment from that thread: This song recently reached the Top 3 in the Dance Club Play Chart of BB. It had been featured for a Marks & Spencer's Christmas TV advert in 2006, and then was released in 2007 to the UK, and now in the US. I thought it was a TERRIFIC version of Pink's. New music, great voice and a Bond-ish take on a groovy song. It did the trick to me!! ------ I'm going to check that recommended Chris Cox Edit, then... I'm not a huge fan of 10-minutes remixes or 7-minutes dubs that only keep like one syllable of the entire song and build a whole beat around that and it's called a remix I suppose they are good for danceclubs, but better create a new song and not call it a remix if you only use some beat and one word! LOL! IMO ;)

I have been loving this one for some time now. I sort of liked the original mixes that were released in the UK, but they were just not what I was looking for. Then came the new Chris Cox mixes (available on Amazon, iTunes, etc). They are really great. They take the song to a whole new level.
I also love the new mixes of the classic "Big Spender."
For some new Shirley Bassey, check out Offer Nissim's new remix of her song "Disco La Passione".

is there a chris cox instrumental? i'd KINDA like to hear someone put pink's acapella over the chris cox mix of this....just for fun! Before my computer crashed in January, I tried that with the Cox dub already. It sounded okay, however I never could get the keys to match. And I had to keep cutting the acapella at almost every other word because it would go off-beat otherwise. And the funny thing about it was that I had made the acapella from the CD maxi I had and it would go perfectly over other songs, but just not the Cox dub. The vocal mix would overlap, but the pella wouldn't. I dunno.
