someguy if all else fails, you can start revealing The Judds first and then some of us could take a little bit longer on Wynonna. ;)

someguy Yes, sorry, I've been too busy to devote enough time to this one (I only truly 'know' about 1/3 of this list) but I hope to be able to do it soon.

Before we start the reveals, here are some questions: 1. The Judds released studio albums in two decades (80s and 90s) and singles in three (80s, 90s and 00s). Which decade is our #1 from? Our #25? 2. Our Judds #1 and #2 are separated by only 1 point - what are they? 3. Our Judds #3 and #4 are separated by only 1 point - what are they? 4. Wynonna has four collaborations in her rankdown (Michael English, Clint Black, Tammy Wynette, Naomi Judd). Which will be the highest? The lowest? 5. Which decade (90s, 00s, 10s) will Wynonna's #1 come from? 6. Wynonna has 4 solo #1s (She Is His Only Need, I Saw The Light, No One Else On Earth, To Be Loved By You). Which will be the highest? The lowest? 7. Any other thoughts/predictions? someguy tim Kanenrá:ke BackwoodsBarbie RobbyFlorida bboat11 taylor .indulgecountry Cody Wants Out... Mirago castleoblivion26

1. The Judds released studio albums in two decades (80s and 90s) and singles in three (80s, 90s and 00s). Which decade is our #1 from? Our #25? I think the #1 will be from the '80s, and the last place will be from the '00s.
2. Our Judds #1 and #2 are separated by only 1 point - what are they? "Why Not Me" and maybe something like "Have Mercy"?
3. Our Judds #3 and #4 are separated by only 1 point - what are they? "Mama He's Crazy" and "Love Can Build A Bridge".
4. Wynonna has four collaborations in her rankdown (Michael English, Clint Black, Tammy Wynette, Naomi Judd). Which will be the highest? The lowest? Lol I have no idea... I thought they were all pretty good, but I don't know Wynonna's music well enough to know how others feel about these songs.
5. Which decade (90s, 00s, 10s) will Wynonna's #1 come from? Probably '90s, because that seems to be where most of her more well-known songs came from.
6. Wynonna has 4 solo #1s (She Is His Only Need, I Saw The Light, No One Else On Earth, To Be Loved By You). Which will be the highest? The lowest? Highest: "She Is His Only Need". Lowest: "To Be Loved By You".
7. Any other thoughts/predictions? I think the Judds winner will be "Why Not Me", and the Wynonna winner will be "Tell Me Why" :)

Our #25? #1 from the 80s and last place from the 00s (cause it will be that awful "I Will Stand by You" song with those rough harmonies, yikes).2. Our Judds #1 and #2 are separated by only 1 point - what are they? Oh wow! Gonna take random guesses and say maybe it'll be "Why Not Me" @ #1 and "Rockin' with the Rhythm of the Rain" @ #2.3. Our Judds #3 and #4 are separated by only 1 point - what are they? Again random guesses: "Grandpa (Tell Me 'bout the Good Old Days)" and "I Know Where I'm Going."4. Wynonna has four collaborations in her rankdown (Michael English, Clint Black, Tammy Wynette, Naomi Judd). Which will be the highest? The lowest? Highest: Naomi Judd | Lowest: Michael English5. Which decade (90s, 00s, 10s) will Wynonna's #1 come from? 90s for sure.6. Wynonna has 4 solo #1s (She Is His Only Need, I Saw The Light, No One Else On Earth, To Be Loved By You). Which will be the highest? The lowest? Highest: "I Saw the Light | Lowest: "To Be Loved by You"7. Any other thoughts/predictions? I'm rooting for "Tell Me Why" in Wynonna's RD. I hope it goes far.

1. The Judds released studio albums in two decades (80s and 90s) and singles in three (80s, 90s and 00s). Which decade is our #1 from? Our #25?
The #1 is coming from the 80s The #25 is coming from the 00s
2. Our Judds #1 and #2 are separated by only 1 point - what are they? 3. Our Judds #3 and #4 are separated by only 1 point - what are they?
Answering 2 and 3 together because the 4 songs that I think are vying for the top are: Mama Hes Crazy, Why Not Me, I Know Where I'm Going, and Grandpa
ETA: was on the bus when I filled this out and spaced on Have Mercy, I'll be shocked if that is not top 4
4. Wynonna has four collaborations in her rankdown (Michael English, Clint Black, Tammy Wynette, Naomi Judd). Which will be the highest? The lowest?
Highest should be A Bad Goodbye with Clint Black Clint easily
Lowest should be Michael English
5. Which decade (90s, 00s, 10s) will Wynonna's #1 come from?
The 90s
6. Wynonna has 4 solo #1s (She Is His Only Need, I Saw The Light, No One Else On Earth, To Be Loved By You). Which will be the highest? The lowest?
Highest is between I Saw The Light and No One Else On Earth

1. The Judds released studio albums in two decades and singles in three. Which decade is our #1 from? I'd be surprised if it was anything other than something from the 80s era Our #25? Could be either of the decades as I think "One Man Woman" (80s), "John Deere Tractor" (90s), or "I Will Stand By You" (00s) are all contenders for last place
2. Our Judds #1 and #2 are separated by only 1 point - what are they? Ohhh this one is going to be a nail-biter...I'll guess "Why Not Me" and "Mama He's Crazy"
3. Our Judds #3 and #4 are separated by only 1 point - what are they? Another tough one...maybe "Have Mercy" and "Grandpa (Tell Me 'Bout the Good Old Days)"
4. Wynonna has four collaborations in her rankdown. Which will be the highest? "A Bad Goodbye" with Clint Black The lowest? "Healing" with Michael English
5. Which decade (90s, 00s, 10s) will Wynonna's #1 come from? It'll for sure be from the 90s with "Tell Me Why" and "I Saw the Light" as the top two contenders
6. Wynonna has 4 solo #1s. Which will be the highest? "I Saw the Light" The lowest? I'll reluctantly go with the consensus that it'll be "To Be Loved By You" but I'm hoping thats not the case
7. Any other thoughts/predictions? There are two songs in particular from both of these that I'm really hoping do well so I'm ready to get things rolling to see how all of this plays out!

We'll start things off with a song that everyone who made predictions pegged as a last place contender. It was in all but two people's bottom 5, and even then did not make the top 15 in a single list. It was in last place pretty much the entire time. The Judds #25 - "I Will Stand By You"Billboard Country Songs peak: Did not chart Highest Ranking: #16 bboat11Lowest Ranking : #25 Kanenrá:ke .indulgecountry Cody Wants Out...Total Points: 244 Average Rank: 22.18 bboat11 - 16 RobbyFlorida - 18 tim - 21 castleoblivion26 - 21 taylor - 22 Mirago - 23 someguy - 24 BackwoodsBarbie - 24 Kanenrá:ke - 25 .indulgecountry - 25 Cody Wants Out... - 25 Released as the only new song on the compilation album I Will Stand by You: The Essential Collection, "I Will Stand By You" became their first (and to date, only) single not to chart. It wasn't promoted very heavily at radio, though I doubt it would have done anything if it was.

Lmao at myself being the highest ranker for this. I actually think the melody to this is pretty catchy, and somehow didn't have much of a problem with the vocals until I saw .indulgecountry complaining about it one day, and NOW I notice

Neither of the first two songs to exit are all that surprising especially given that “I Will Stand By You” really pales in comparison to their output from the 80s and 90s.
The Wynonna & the Big Noise project was a bit a let down overall as I really wasn’t a fan of some of the production choices, so I fully expected to see both “Something You Can’t Live Without” and “Cool Ya” leave somewhere in the bottom five. That said, “Things That I Lean On” is stellar and I'm still a bit bummed it was excluded for this rankdown especially given that there was a music video for it.

"Things That I Lean On" and "Jesus and a Jukebox" were the highlights from her last record. None of these songs from it included in this RD were anything worth a revisit imo. I was also surprised to discover that "Ain't No Thing" was the same song featured on Bucky Covington's debut album back in the day. I think his version is better, though it was the highest of the 3 for me on my Wynonna list (and fortunately it has stayed in the longest here, too).

I agree, "Things That I Lean On" is stellar. It's by far the best thing on Wynonna & The Big Noise.

On our rankdown, it finishes just one point ahead of the preceding single, "One Hundred And Two". This was the only other song in the rankdown to really compete for last place, but a couple of high ranks in the middle of submissions (including BackwoodsBarbie's #3 placement) ensured that it escaped the bottom of the list.
