Reputation Taylor - What if I release THREE bad singles before the good one?
Lover Taylor - How bout only 2 bad singles?
Just looking at the stats of the albums, 5 top 20s for Rep and 3 top 10s for Lover look good but when only 2 of those songs had any longevity, it ain't great

That's certainly the case, yes. We'll see if any good singles get released after Lover that might have a chance at the 2020 YE list.

Most of tracks on Lover have over 40 million listens on Spotify so there's nothing "oof" there.

Taylor Swift should’ve released YNTCD instead of Me. That would give Taylor a bigger comeback. Me was such a borefest.

Surprisingly, OTR has returned to #1 in YouTube. So the meme's not quite dead.

Surprisingly, OTR has returned to #1 in YouTube. So the meme's not quite dead. I noticed that they changed the name of the video from the 17th week version to official video, I don't know if that made any difference. It is currently the video that is gaining the most views.

Taylor Swift should’ve released YNTCD instead of Me. That would give Taylor a bigger comeback. Me was such a borefest. List of better lead singles than ME!: Cruel Summer Miss Americana London Boy The Man Daylight YNTCD Paper Rings I Think He Knows This list is just my opinion, but every song on this list is at least interesting and all send the message that ME! was supposed to convey. I feel like maybe 3 of the top 4 could have debuted #1. Her single choices are just baffling. Imagine a rep era with "I Did Something Bad" and "Getaway Car" as singles...

The whole discussion about Taylor's single choice have been done to death in all threads with her name on the title so can we please not do it again here?
Anyhow, fingers crossed Dua get at least a top 25 debut. Anything higher than One Kiss is already a win tbh

^Earliest week where the entire top 10 is making the YE this year is October 27, 2018, a whole month before the tracking period.

Not to be the harbinger of doom, but unless Circles' physical strategy worked or Mediabase/BuzzAngle got some stuff off, it's gonna be down to the wire between it and SYL, and for now I have the latter with the edge. NOTE: Ignore On God, I forgot to update its On-Demand
