I imagine they could've propped this up for awhile longer yet, so my guess is that they must have new music coming soon and they just decided to go ahead and move on rather than wait on this one to peak naturally.

They should have went with “Smooth Sailing” instead, would have been a great upbeat summer song. Tough going back to back ballads these days. This was a strong song but I never saw it as single material.

I haven't had Sirius since last fall but SPD was close to the top of the top 30 countdown there, if not #1, at that time. It had been getting play on there for at ;least 6 months before that.

sad to see this one go. It's one of the most pleasant songs on country radio and I would've liked to have seen Old Dominion rewarded for taking this kind of sparse interesting lyrical venture as opposed to their bro-country roots that radio eats up

They dropped 5 new tracks which are now on the album. They’ll release something from that.

My least favorite single from them on an album full of potential hits. REST IN HELL.

My least favorite single from them on an album full of potential hits. REST IN HELL. There was no need for you to say that last 3 words, this song did not deserve that treatment from radio. I can think of a lot worse songs that should be gone, not this. I am looking at you Chase Rice and Jon Langston. This song whether you like or disliked the message, was one of my favorite songs right now because a lot of people are hurting due to the Pandemic and attitudes need to change in this world, and we need to love one another, instead of hating one another. Rest in peace to this song as I am ANGRY at radio right now. The music video to this song made me smile and weep as there is still some decent people out there.

I've been wanting to buy them, but they are only available to stream.

That makes dropping this single early seem even more unnecessary to me. They should've just kept those for album #4.

I honestly didn’t know they released 5 new songs, there was seemingly zero promotion about it. Interesting that one of those new songs is “Dancing Forever”, a song I thought had potential from Michael Ray’s last album. “Goes Without Saying” is great and I think could be a good single, but that would be 3 slower radio songs in a row. I think they need something uptempo right now (cough “Smooth Sailing” cough).

That makes dropping this single early seem even more unnecessary to me. They should've just kept those for album #4. They were mostly b-sides from past sessions. Like someone mentioned, they cut their version of “Dancing Forever” which was on Michael Ray’s last album. I’m sure they have plenty of material for a new record that they’ll focus on when that time comes.

Okay at first I thought this was just something a parody account threw together for fun, but upon further inspection it's actually uploaded by the official band's YT channel, and not only that, but they made these cat remix versions for the entire damn album. I am so beyond dead. I can't breathe.

I wonder how much money the band spent making an entire album of these meow songs...this reminds me of that one cat food commercial from TV. Holy cow.

2020 has clearly made us all lose our minds, even our favorite artists. I’m getting a kick out of it though!

It sucks that this song didn't do too well at all. It's a beautiful piece of art but of course this is the summer and you can no longer send out two slower ones in a row it seems. Also this is the first I'm hearing of this cat remix of the album and...don't lie, you know you needed that laugh-till-you-cry moment in 2020. I sure as hell did.

I'm really disappointed that this wonderful didn't do MUCH better on the charts; here's hoping we'll be getting a new single soon since these folks are a WONDERFUL asset to the format.

Goes to show that even after one of the biggest hits of your career, sometimes you just have to move on.... Maren.
Maybe they should send the meow mix to radio.

So Not Everything's About You was left for dead and it looks like my favorite from this album will be as well.I Can Hear You Now is an awesome song and would be great on the radio going into the fall.
