SYL has a regained bullet. And it needs to loose 1600 spins to leave the top 10. It'll probably be the first song since the recurrent rule to reach 52 weeks.

^ Take care too! Thanks for these updates. =)
And got some questions as well.
Do you think Covid-19 will have some impact on the Hot AC format? Like say, what about markets with severe outbreak - like say Washington State or Massachusetts? (I'm not from the US BTW, so I'm just basing it on the news I'm able to read.)
And I'm also curious how the Hot AC chart fared during the 9/11 incident. I remember reading about how some songs bleeding airplay spins 'coz their respective themes kinda trigger certain sensibilities.
And lastly, seeing how "If We Never Met" spent 26 weeks in the chart while peaking at #11, what non-Top 10 songs spent the most weeks in the chart?

I don't think spins will be impacted much, just by looking at the way the chart is behaving now. I think the situation would have to get much worse, to where news is needed 24/7 on most stations. Right now, we need entertainment of some kind while staying at home, and radio can furnish some of that. For 9/11, some stations went all news. I believe there was no chart dated 14 September. The 21 September chart used data for the week ending September 8, and then the 28 September chart used data for the week ending 22 September. Thus the data for the week of 15 September was skipped, presumably because of the disruption and lower spin totals. The record for most weeks on the chart and peaking below #10 is held by "If You Only Knew" by Shinedown, which spent 29 weeks on the chart and peaked at #12 (recurrent rules were different then). "I'll Stand by You" by the Pretenders had 2 chart runs totaling 29 weeks with the song peaking at #20. ^ Take care too! Thanks for these updates. =) And got some questions as well. ^The most recent one to spend more weeks on while peaking below #10 is "Shotgun" by George Ezra last year. It spent 27 weeks on but it only peaked at (I believe) #15.

So SYL will go recurrent on April 12th (in case it's not yet below Top 10 by now) coz it has spent 52 weeks on chart and is below Top 5?
