This was a single released in 1989 but it was withdrawn when original producer Frank Farian claimed copyright to the group name Boney M. and a court case followed. In France, the single was released credited to Bobby Marcia Maizie Matalyne.
Then it was released in 1990 as Boney M feat. Bobby Farrell "Josephine Baker" with a slightly more New Jack sound to it.
I found out about this one in 2006 and it has quickly become one of my favorites by them as it was closer in style to the SAW stuff that was popular at the time.
