Rich Harrison (one of the go to R&B producers of the mid-00's but fell off by the beginning of the next decade) Maybe it's because his sound was so distinct and that 'trend' dried up? He was really kind of done by the mid-2000s except for getting a song or two on some albums. Yeah where did he go? He did at least do solid work for a decade or more. He started in the early 1990s and then into the 2000s was still having hits with Pink and Gwen Stefani, but then it was like he was gone. I'll throw Organized Noize into the conversation. They had huge hits with TLC's "Waterfalls" and En Vogue's "Don't Let Go" and of course worked with Outkast a lot early on, but for the most part didn't survive the late 90s. (I think they still do work, but it hasn't been anything major.) Shep Crawford is another one. He had the great "Nobody's Supposed to Be Here" by Deborah Cox and "Stranger in My House" by Tamia and a few others, but it was only a brief run.

After the most recent Taylor Swift album, I would add Jack Antonoff. I do enjoy the album overall and his productions, but they felt a little too samey at times and it feels like he has not really evolved or anything in the last few years.
