Track from her 1993 album Thought Ya Knew. Don't this was released as a single but it did get a 12 inch version which featured house remixes by Steve "Silk" Hurley. I often heard the "Silk in the House" version on mix show airplay on B96 and WGCI when I was younger. I'm more used to that version anyway and consider it to be a 90s house classic. Looooooove this. Such an underrated jam and I wish it had been given a full push.
She did such a great job of balancing her dance material with her R&B material. And with this you got the best of both worlds, a deep groovy R&B track along with some killer dance mixes.

This was a cute bop from an underrated cd. At least I thought so. There were a lot of good ones on here, but if I remember correctly none of the singles got the attention as her singles from her debut did.
